It went ok but the price is really high.

Great service, punctual, and a quality outcome

I was originally told that it would be a long wait, but got a call back about a half hour later, and the technician showed up about a half hour after that. I explained the problem, expecting the job to take about 20 minutes and cost about $200. However, he quoted me a $404! I called my regular plumber who, granted, won't be able to make it until tomorrow morning, but will do the job for the expected $200 range.

It went great. They did a great job. They did great. They were really, really good. They were very responsive. Yes, they did clean up.

I did use Roto-Rooter and I’ve always had a very good experience with them. I bought the replacement parts on my own. I had them install them. I will use them again. It was one worker that came out. It took longer than he thought. It took 3 or more hours.

Very well. The plumber diagnosed the problem and cleared the blockage. He had to remove the toilet to do it, so it wasn't cheap, but he solved the problem. He arrived quickly and set about work efficiently.

The service went very well and quickly, considering the scope of the project.

They were very helpful because they said if I go buy the disposal I would save me about $300, so that was good. Everything's just been fine.

Everything went well. they had to reschedule for the following morning but the person that came out was very professional, thorough and neat.

Fine. The unit needed to be replaced and the technician told me that I could save money by buying it myself and calling him to come install it. I did and all went well

It went very good. I felt to some extent I was scammed. They just could have been more honest. They were making it much bigger than it had to be. I subsequently was able to do it much better and much cheaper. They were looking for $15,000 for a sewer line. It turns out we didn't need a sewer line, all we had to do was to cut the roots in the line and it was fine.

It went great. I was very happy. 10 minutes before a party at our house started I noticed that a toilet was severely clogged. I called Roto Rooter at 4PM on a Sunday and they arrived within 2 hours and fixed the problem.

Hard to find someone available over weekend, so appreciate the fast availability. Someone can come in an hour on a Friday night. However, the prices quote was not good $250/hour for a minimum of 1 hour. Way more than we want to pay/other services that are less prompt.

Keith and helper were right on time. Very professional, conscientious, easy to work with.

I have a drainage problem and water back up to the bathtub. I called in roto-rooter late at night and they came first thing in the morning. Service was quick, clean, and the technician was courteous, and informed me what was going on. I have been using them for many years and I found their work always reliable.

For a change a contractor that actually showed up on time and did a professional job. They come the first day and cleaned the drain line and on the second day a plumber came to fix the problem I had with a bathroom faucet which had become clogged with debris when the city shut off and turned my water back on. Both service people were very professional and got the job done quickly and easily.

Called for service at 6pm on Sunday, was given a 4hr arrival window from 6 - 10pm. Phillip arrived around 9pm, briefly after the dispatchers call to inform me about the arrival. He assessed the problem and it was soon clear that something with the sewer line was not right. He provided a quick overview of the options and the prices, and we agreed to have the line snaked. Phillip was very courteous and informed us about the progress, even giving us a quick (and very welcome) 'bathroom break' before the final cleanup procedure (which meant we couldn't run water for a good hour). Overall very efficient and fast response, although I feel like you pay a premium for it.

Luis, from Roto Rooter, came out to help remove a nail wedged in my garbage disposal. From the time I place the first call to when he arrived was less than 2 hours. Once again a very courteous and professional person arrived and did a very competent job. I tend to ask questions, to learn something, and Luis was very agreeable to answering my questions. Plus, I learned more about the proper use of a garbage disposal. I know that when I call Roto Rooter I will get the job taken care of and a solid warranty back up the work. Thank you!

We called up in the morning of 9/9/15. The job was done in early afternoon. We noticed a small leak at the bottom of the sink. We called up the office next morning. Another serviceman came and fixed it at noon time. We are very impressed by their quick response. They did an excellent job.

As noted above, the technician showed up on time (first 1/2 hour of a 2 hour window given me over the phone earlier this morning), worked quickly to unplug the sewer line and cleaned-up after he was finished. He was friendly, but very professional and did not mind us watching him work. He gave us recommendations of how to prevent future clogs which we will follow in the future. We are extremely happy with the quick response, the friendly and courteous service and recommendations of how to prevent future problems.

IT WENT QUITE WELL THE FIRST TIME AND I REQUESTED JUDE TO HANDLE THE SECOND PROBLEM. THE FACT THAT I USED HIM TWICE SAYS IT ALL. NO PROBLEMS...ARRIVES ON TIME, WORKS QUICKLY AND NEATLY.

They were pretty prompt and they came on time and he spend some time and got it done. They did ok and it was a big problem we had. The sink is working pretty well. The price was a bit expensive but I don't have a comparative price.
