Description of Work: They were called to unblock a toilet. The technician said it was no working because of mineral deposits in the toilet. He said we would need a new toilet. A few days later we pulled the toilet ourselves. It was quite clean inside, but the pipe below was clogged. After snaking it and putting the toilet back on - the problem was resolved. I called and talked to the manager and they offered a refund since they did not fix it.

Description of Work: Drain between house and main sewar line plugged. They ran rotor through line and opened it up. RotoRooter unplugged line under house in Spring of 2015. Because of 6 month warranty for that work, this job was free. I thought this was very nice. | It was repaired on sunday. I was given a time window for repair and service was done 1 hr. earlier than window provided (that was good).

Description of Work: Came, saw that water heater was leaking, replaced it. Good service. Took care of it right away. Initial visit over $200 just to inspect! They did wave it once they took on the job of replacing the hot water heater, but since I was going to be about $200 if I sent Rotor Rooter away and went looking for another company, I was not highly motivated to switch to another (quite likely cheaper) company. |
