 + -1 moreI certainly wouldnt use them again. They charged way too much. I had no problem with the work that they did. It only took five minutes to clear the toilet, but since they came from so far away they ended up being too expensive.

 + 0 moreTHEY ARE ALWAYS NICE, PUNCTUAL AND PRETTY FAST. THEY ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM. ITS NOT A FUN JOB, BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND DONT MAKE TOO MUCH OF A MESS!
Description of Work: THEY COME TO OUR HOUSE REGULARLY, SINCE WE HAVE VERY BAD PIPES THAT GET SLOW. THEY DO OUR SINK, BATHTUB AND SHOWER. I LIKE THAT IF IT GETS STOPPED UP IN 6 MONTHS THEY COME OUT AND FIX IT FOR FREE.

 + 0 moreWHAT WE LOVE ABOUT ROTO ROOTER IS THAT THEY ARE AVAILABLE VERY QUICK. THEY CAN COME RIGHT OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY FASHION. I DONT REALLY KNOW HOW THEIR COST COMPARES TO OTHER PLUMBERS, BUT IT SEEMED REASONABLE AND CONVENIENCE CERTAINLY MADE IT WORTHWHILE.

My son put a hair brush in the toilet & they took the whole thing apart to get it out. They cleaned up everything & put it all back together.
