It was necessary for me to get it fixed quickly and they were able to do that. I was pleased with that.

Everything was fine, and they did a good job.

They will not give an hourly quote - they will only quote a price by the project. I wound up paying their standard rate which is $189 for a job that took them a little less than an hour. I thought their pricing was a little high. Service was good. They came promptly on a Saturday.

I was given a window of 2 hours between 12:30pm and 2:30pm for the serviceman to arrive on the job. The actual time of arrival was 4:05pm. I was called once at 1:50 with the usual running behind story and was told that I was the next customer up for service. At 4:01pm, I called the Menlo Park office and was told that they could not even find me on the list. But as I was waiting for the GM to speak to me, their truck arrived.

I gave up morning plans based on the dispatchers promise. I received a call at the far end of the two hour window and was told that they were running behind and it would be another half hour or maybe an hour. I view this tactic as a ploy to keep a customer dangling so that they dont take their business elsewhere. Very unsatisfactory!!

I called the company and the person on the phone was friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule for the same day (a Saturday) and gave me a time window of 2 hours. They called back when the plumber was available to say that he will be over in 15 minutes. However, it took the plumber slightly over an hour, so I was kept waiting. The Plumber on arriving told me they had given him the wrong address/directions. Apart from this glitch, the plumber was professional and fixed my leaking water closet, even stepping out to buy a foundation bolt he needed. He worked on the drains in my kitchen and shower and said that the pipe needed replacement. All in all his overall estimation of cost and time required were almost perfect.

Very courteous serviceman. Clean, well kept. Dewayne? #2271 schedule 4 hour window. Office called to confirm 30 minutes before arrival. Crazy expensive though! $193.75 for 10-15 minutes?!?! Though 6 month guarantee. Also, sold me product $47 for drain cleaner...

I called at 9 am on a Sunday, and they told me that someone would probably be here between 11 am and 1 pm Joseph arrived right before 11 am and had the problem fixed by 11:40 am. He was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up before he left.

It went just fine--the staff in the office was clear and gave me a 2 hour window. They called back when the plumber was on his way. The plumber was very nice and worked quickly to identify the problem.

Very good - Appointment originally scheduled for Sat, but office called early on Sat to reschedule on Sunday - technician arrived within time frame promised on Sunday and completed work within an hour; local office is apparently located in Menlo Park. Be careful to document if resheduled to a Sunday as rates can be higher

The price was exorbitant for the work performed. I knew the job would only take 15-30 minutes because I have this same line cleaned regularly. However, the technician arrived (90 minutes after being dispatched from the office 3 miles way) & wanted me to sign for a flat rate of $310. He explained this was because of the complaints the company had received in the past about their employees taking too long to do the job. I can certainly see why!!! Neil couldnt have worked any slower if he had tried- probably because he knew how irritated I was at the charge & tried to stretch the job out to over an hour by cleaning other areas that did not have any problems. I told him exactly where the blockage was when he arrived & I turned out to be correct. That job should have taken less than 30 minutes & should have been billed at an hourly rate. Even with a one hour minimum, the work was not worth anywhere close to $310.

THE COMPANY SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR JOB. THEY GAVE ME A WARRANTY THAT GUARANTEED NO CHARGE IF THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX ANYTHING.

I'VE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT FORTY YEARS NOW AND I ENJOY THIS COMPANIES SERVICE VERY MUCH. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE QUALITY WORK AT A QUALITY PRICE.

THEY ARE A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. I WILL STILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. SINCE THEY HAVE CLEANED MY PIPES WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM FOR PLUMBING SERVICES AND THEIR AFFORDABLE PRICES.

THEY COULDN'T FIND THE HOUSE, AND THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. I THOUGHT THAT THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND I AM VERY ANGRY WITH THEM.

I WAS GLAD THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID THE JOB, AND MADE SURE THAT THE DRAINS WERE CLEAN. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT I HAD AN EMERGENCY AND THEY WERE THERE.

Dan was very polite, competent and he did a great job. He also explained how the billing was done.

The install requires a little extra work as the old unit was on very tight, and the new unit that I purchased from Home Depot did not have all the parts necessary. However, the installer from the company made all the necessary adjustments and have everything working perfectly. He was very professional even though he was suffering a cold.

All the people whom I dealt with were very accommodating, friendly, and on time within the constraints of a business where the unknown plumbing problem may back up appointments a bit. My problem was solved quickly when a more knowledgeable plumber took over. I was only charged for the initial hour, not for the follow-up fix.

Very good! They arrived within four hours of my calling. As a courtesy they called ahead, apologizing for being a little late. The plumber was fast, efficient and good-natured.

I ENJOYED THAT THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY, AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY AS WELL. THEY WERE CLEAN, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND SINCE THEY'VE BEEN OUT I'VE NOT HAD ANY REPEAT PROBLEMS.

I had a very good overall experience with this company. They are a great company and did a great job cleaning the sewer lines. They cleaned up the mess really good. There was no smell after the job was completed. They were great responding to my call. This is a great company, very professional. Excellent company to call and get the work done.

They did an OK job. I didnt think they were the best and I think the price is a little too high. They have always done a good job for me but I just happened to find someone better at a cheaper price.
