It was a very good experience. They were very professional. There was a little miss communication in which type of gutter to replace but that problem was taken care of in a timely fassion.

Sierra was prompt and courteous. They have a straight-forward pricing system so you do not feel like you are at risk for being taken advantage of from a pricing standpoint. My rep took digital photos of the roof damage so I did not need to climb up to see what he was talking about in terms of damage and work to be performed, which I thought was great.

Do not ever use Sierra Roofing if you have an emergency. They charge $750.00 for emergency service. My "emergency" took 20 minutes for thier roofer to clear 2 clog drains which had resulted in water pouring into my kitchen. We were also informed that we had a broken drain pipe and we never received an estimate for this work. When I called about a reduction of the bill I was told by the woman on the phone that she would check with the owner and get back to me....never did.

Communication was an issue. Also the workers did not clean up the work area. Had to call them back to repair some of the work within 2 days of completion. Sales man was great but workers were messy and spent lots of time just standing around doing nothing.

We had a stubborn problem with a roof leak that other contractors couldn't identify or fix. Sierra showed up on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and did the work on schedule and on budget. They were great to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anybody with a roof repair need.

They were prompt and very professional. I was impressed.
