Great service and reliable

Very good service, roof looks the best on the blocks, very good quality. Its been 8 years and no leaks. Really like there 10 year warranty. If ever I needed a question answered they were a phone call away.

The team did a very good job.

Jeff and his team did an excellent job on our gutters. They lived up to all of the contractual details including installation of high quality seamless gutters, drip edge (flashing) and downspouts. The job was done in little time and cleanup was nicely done. The scheduling was crazy, but it was mostly due to the weather, and 20% off for the troubles no doubt made up for it. Highly recommend.

Project was completed on time and as advertised. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Roofers took me around roof to review work done and troubleshot a couple other minor issues as we talked.

Had problems scheduling because of the weather, but Sierra did a great job of getting the work done between storms.

Easy to work with and very responsive

Estimate was written for obvious repairs to gutters. I was told once the gutters were cleaned they would be able to repair any other seams for a cost of $25 each since they were already up on the roof. The crew that came out to do the work only did what was written on the estimate and only after they were done did they say other repairs were needed. I called the person who came out and gave the estimate to discuss why they didn't perform the repairs while they were already on the roof like he said they would do an never got a call back. I called 3 times and left messages. I am finding this is becoming more and more typical with services.

I spoke to a number of roofing companies before deciding to hire Sierra. Of all the companies I interviewed, the folks at Sierra understood what was needed to really fix the problem not just do band-aide fixes. They offered the best value for the cost. But, more than that, where they could do things better, they did. There was no cutting corners. The staff was professional and the work done quickly, but with great care. They clean so well when they left, that it was hard to tell that they had been there. I was so impressed, that I also had them install a solar attic fan for me and will hire them in an instant for any future jobs.

As a landlord living away from my home I needed easy, dependable service and that's exactly what I got! Affordable. Great work. Simple. Thanks!

I did not end up using this contractor - BUT - I definitely would use them in the future and I would recommend to friends. The estimator did a great job in his evaluation and presentation to me. He was thoroughly knowledgeable on the topic and professional in his presentation.

I haven't actually used them for a roof yet - but found them through ServiceMagic when I was researching renovation costs for home(s) I was interested in buying. Jeff was wonderfully responsive in getting me ballpark quotes and providing his opinions/recommendations related to the homes I was interested in purchasing. Many roofers wouldn't quote even ballpark figures - and I wasn't in a position to do more until I actually purchased. As it turned out, the home I'm interested in just now has a fairly new roof...but I can guarantee that if I remodel or come to a point where the roof needs replacing, he'll be my first choice.
