.I received a phone call that he would be running late from his previous customer. The above work that I needed done was shown & completed in the two hours. It looked amazing when finished & is exactly what was needed. I was very happy with the workmanship.

He was on time, experienced, and did what was reuired.

Scheduled date was changed fri before the mon appointment, but otherwise everything went well. He was very professional, pleasant and helpful with information. I was very happy with the experience.

Used Amador to recaulk a shower. They promptly called to schedule the service, arrived within the stated time window and promptly and professionally did the repair. Would use again.

The same day that I confirmed my big deal purchase, I received an email from the vendor to start making arrangements. However, on the following day I received a voicemail and email to let me know that unfortunately I am not in the correct service area for the offer, which I can accept based on the pricing and the fact that the vendor is on the Peninsula and I am in Richmond. The phone call and email were very courteous and prompt, so I'm not upset about the misunderstanding. My job is small and unless they do a lot in the east bay on a regular basis it wouldn't make financial sense for them. I contacted Angie's List about a refund and it was confirmed promptly.

Art installed bath tub caulking and replaced some broken tile and recaulked in a built-in shower bench

Two people did the work. They were prompt - in fact, called to ask if they could come early - were incredibly efficient, and super friendly. I felt comfortable with them immediately. The work was good, and they cleaned up after themselves and finished in a timely fashion. A big bonus is that they were comfortable with dogs!

I tried to contact about repairing tilework in my bathrooms. No response to my email and the phone number on their website did not have a message or other confirmation that I was even calling a company/professional service provider (just standard "mailbox # 925 etc" message). They are listed in South San Francisco, but the phone number is a cell phone with an East Bay prefix, so I'm not sure if they even provide service in my area. I don't have time to hunt down service providers. I had hoped Angie's List would help me avoid that, but so far haven't had much luck.

Art was fast and efficient, he did what he said and and little more. Art was considerate and professional.

He is really good. Very professional, organized, and prompt. We had a time frame of getting this done and he made it happen. I would hire him again and would recommend him to others. He has 40 years of experience and it shows.
