Everything was fantastic. Art, the owner, did the work himself, and he moved mountains to fit my project in between some other jobs that he was doing at that time which I appreciated. Furthermore, he was meticulous and punctual, followed through on all of his promises, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Art was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, always on time, and cleaned up after himself everyday he was there. Art was also very detailed about the work he was going to perform, made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and always made sure we were both on the same page (communication!). Overall it was a great experience and he will be the first one I call if I have another tiling job around the house.

He listen to what I wanted and installed the tile to my satisfaction. (I am picky!) He paid attention to all the details. We did a trim all around the counters and a 30'' high backsplash behind the range. He was punctual and courteous. All this at a great price.

We had a 27 year old bathroom that looked very tired and worn. He contacted us for an appointment. On his initial visit, he let us know what we needed, where we could find it, when he would be start and how much time he would need to complete the work. He completed the work on time and it is perfect.

Art did our kitchen backsplash for us, and he did a beautiful job. He is very professional, kept the workspace exceptionally clean and is a really nice person to work with. The job was supposed to take one day but we had a delay with materials that stretched it into a 2 week job. Art was easy to work with and always punctual with responses, despite all the delays from the supplier. I would hire him again if I needed more tile work.

Clean, neat, cost effective. At first I thought there was not enough caulk. Now 4 months later, it is clear that he knows just exactly what he is doing. Most excellent!!

From beginning to end, Art was great to work with. He was very responsive, punctual and always took care to do things the right way. I had to delay the project several times due to a delay in the delivery of the travertine but Art was always graciously accommodating. I had purchased the travertine and laid it out in my garage in the way I wanted it on the floor and wall; it had unique flows which I wanted to highlight. Art put it in exactly as I had designed and helped with the design a bit also. Both the floor and the wall are beautifully done. I couldn't be more pleased with his work. Art was also great with communication, making suggestions, letting me know exactly what additional costs were (had the ends polished) and passing them through without mark up, and letting me know what time he would arrive. When I do my bathrooms, I will definitely engage Art to do the work.

Art was great and I'd surely recommend him to anyone. Did a great job even though I locked him out one day. Finished the job under budget and time. My kids like taking a shower in there now. Yeahhh, merry Christmas to the whole family.

Art was wonderful to work with from the first phone call, all the way through to the finished project. The old tiles were falling off our shower and we were concerned about damage so we decided to re-tile the whole shower stall, as well as the bathroom floor. We wanted to retain the wall tile, though, so Art was careful to join the new tile in an attractive way. We also wanted to be creative with the use of some stone pebble tiles, and he rolled with the punches and came up with a great design. Art was clean, careful to point out issues/questions quickly, and did great work. We are so happy with the bathroom now, and glad the process to get it done was so pleasant. I would recommend Art to anyone needing tile work.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. He came out promptly and was pleasant and professional. He seemed like he was definitely worth the money.

They did a good job! They just did what I needed them to do. It wasn't like an awesome experience, it was standard. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount.

The estimate was reasonable and if I decided to do some additional work, I would call them back and try them out. They were very professional and their price is reasonable. Their turn around was very quick in giving me the estimate.

Everything was cleaned first and then nicely caulked. Very pleasant guy.

Called the day after I applied for the services. Set the date and time. Called the next day to move the appointment to an hour later than originally agreed upon, due to another appointment. That worked for me and he arrived at the new time, He was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Would hire him again.

I am leasing the building and the owner would not give permission to make the flooring change. Art, was very understanding despite the fact that he had spent a fair amount of time on the process already. Good Guy!

Art worked with us every step of the way. We had a couple hiccups in our schedule but he was very patient and worked around our issues. I am going to be doing the other bathroom and he will be called to help us with that too.

The service they provided me went fine. I did pay them another $75 because I've asked them to do extra work. I have them to do another bathroom and have them do a window. They guy that came out responded quickly and he called me after I purchase the “Big Deal” which was nice. However, I have been gone for three weeks so I didn't know who was calling me. I looked it up and realize that he was calling me about the “Big Deal”. We made a date and he came out. And even though it was late at night he was willing to stay and do the extra other work for me.

They did well and they showed up on time. I decided to pick someone else. They came out 2 or 3 days after I requested the service. They gave me the quote the next day. I had no complaints about the service they tried to provide but it was a little too high.
