Description of Work: They were very easy to work with, very responsive and friendly. They were also gracious and understanding when I realized and informed them that I booked an appointment using an old address that is now our rental house. They even apologized for not being able to come to our new address. We will definitely consider using them again for our rental house!

Description of Work: Tri Maids provided four ladies for one hour of cleaning service. They arrived within 25 minutes of the expected arrival time, which was not a problem. The ladies were courteous, professional and efficient and were able to clean everything I asked for within the one hour time frame. I am a pretty neat person and I clean my home once a week, so I don't know if an hour would be sufficient for someone who hasn't cleaned their home over a long period of time, but for me it was perfect. The only reason I gave them a B instead of an A, was because there is a table and small wall shelf over by my front door in the foyer area that had not been dusted, and I think that was because they just didn't realize it was there when they were dusting the rest of the living room. I would have given an A- instead of a B because it was a small oversight, but A- was not an option on the grading chart provided by Angie's List. I put $139 as the cost of service because I included the tip, but the actual Angie's List price was $99.00.

Description of Work: The Tri-Maids crew #6 came in right on time and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. They scrubbed both bathrooms and kitchen, dusted each room, then vacuumed and mopped all the floors. Their work was perfectly done.

Description of Work: they came out and gave estimate and then when the day came never showed up. I called to see what happened and owner hung up on me continuously and I kept trying to get a hold of owner and owner kept hanging up.

But when you have hardwood floors it really shows up .They worked quickly | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |I had a complete house cleaning. the first time was supposed to be the most expensive for some reason. At any rate they did not clean under beds, couches and did not vacuum a couple of my closets. Maybe I was supposed to have asked but they also could have communicated the need to do so. The team was very nice and they worked quickly. I do not remember the date other than Nov or Dec. I would not have them back as I felt the service was not worth the money. They claim to be the best clean but I did not feel that was the case. | | |

Description of Work: They provided an estimate of 4 maids for 2 hours which is the price for the first time visit. My main priority was window cleaning inside and out as i have several windows which hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. They were really dirty on the outside from rain, etc. I had them go over a couple of areas but overall they did a very good job on the windows. They did a great job on cleaning my oven which really needed it. And i hadn't asked them to clean the inside so i was impressed that the maid did it. I provided the special cleaner for my wood floors and they did an excellent job. They all worked very hard. I will definitely use them again on a regular basis.

Description of Work: The ladies were very very nice and punctual. They unfortunately were not here to be just nice. I ordered a Spring Cleaning and ended up with less than a normal weekly cleaning job. I called to complain and the lady said she was sorry, but did not offer any refund or to redo it. None of the floorboards were washed and they are all white so you really see it. They streaked up my white kitchen ceiling. They don't wash the inside of kitchen draws, the kitchen built in trash containers, or cupboards, which would all be part of a Spring Cleaning. I can go on and on. I am just very disappointed in having picked them from Angie's List after all the good things I have heard about it. It was my first time to use them and Angie.

Description of Work: I have my home cleaned by Tri Maids every 2 weeks. They do routine sweeping, dusting, linens, wiping down counters, vacuuming and taking trash out. There are four maids that come out and they are done in one hour.
