They were great, 3 people, they were very quick and they did a great job. very professional, on time and when i call them for an appointment, they are there within a week.

I felt they were very detailed. They followed the list of items we wanted cleaned in the order we wanted. We had specific areas to target in order. There were 4 ladies. they completed everything and were very detailed.

I felt that they worked very slow. One of them stayed in the kitchen. After two hours of work with the assistance of two others, the only thing that was done was mopping of the floors and an unsatisfactory job cleaning my refrigerator. My deal clearly said that they were to deep clean the oven. Also, the sheets of paper I handed them told them to clean the oven, dishwasher and microwave. None of these was done. Also, they spent a lot of time working on my cabinets. When I checked my cabinets after they left, hardly anything had been done or cleaned. On top of this, they left my refrigerator only 75% cleaned. They did not finish the job and just left as soon as their two hours was up. They very easily could have finished the job. I felt that the work was sloppy. To be fair, they did do a decent job on my floors and three of my bathrooms. I just felt that for the price and the amount of people they had, much more (maybe double) could have been accomplished if they worked an average speed.

Great, they are very thorough

It was very strange. I have used Tri Maids for years at my main home and apart from Angie's List and they typically do a good job. This time they did not. They did not clean my one and only toilet in this other location. I was disappointed.

We just had some remodeling finished and there was no way we we're going to clean it all so I looked for a cleaning service and found Tri Maids. It went fantastic, Rosa and her team showed up earlier than the scheduled time and stayed a little over to finish the job. Tri Maids was originally supposed to come three days before but our remodel was running a little behind, called them up one hour before they were supposed to show up and it was no problem for them to reschedule.

Upon arrival they asked us how long they were supposed to stay working though communication was very difficult as they could not speak English. Upon completion of the job they came to me with the bill and which had $ 99.00 on it, the price I had paid over the Angie's List site and they had marked it off and written $ 140.00 next to it and wanted me to pay the difference. I showed them my receipt showing what I paid and she insisted I call her office, which I refused to do. After they left I checked their work and found they did a good job, though their was still cob-webs in the entrance way above the front door, the area behind that TV in the bedroom was not dusted. That's the bad. Now the GOOD..They were prompt, efficient and put things back where they were when they started. In a couple of situations they improved our situation by minor changes. I loved hearing my wife's joy when she saw how clean the glass Entertainment Center, and every mirror in our home is so very clean. Carpet's all looked new again. Over all, they did a very good job.

They were a no call no show today even after they called me yesterday to remind me of them coming. UPDATE: They finally showed up almost an hour late. They didn't have the correct address. I will not be using this company in the future. I attempted to call them regarding why they were late and never received a phone call back. Very unprofessional. I don't feel it's the girls' fault that are here cleaning, however, management should know how to contact a customer in the event they are running late and most certainly return a phone calls.

It has been a very long time since I have used Tri Maids. They did do a good job of cleaning, however, they went at such a fast pace, that items were broken. As I said, I have not used them for many years so they probably have a whole different team. If I were looking for a home cleaning service, I would probably give them an opportunity to quote.

I have used Tri Maids for a number of years. I do not have a regular house keeper. I like to do my own house keeping but when I am giving a party or it's the holidays then I get Tri Maids in to lighten my load. They have always been professional and timely. I have a 2800 square foot home and it takes approximately 2 - 3 hours to do. I usually go a do shopping when they are in my home (they are very trustworthy). Three or four ladies spread out thought the house and clean like crazy. Hard water in the bathroom shower is gone and the bathrooms left shining!! All our wood floors are cleaned with Murphy's Oil Soap. They bring all their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. They take out the trash and my home is left spotless. I recommend them highly.

My wife has hired this company to clean our house three times. The first time was outstanding. The second time was not as good, mainly because one of the ladies who is a spectacular bathroom cleaner did not come. The third time, about a week ago, was a disappointing experience. My wife said the cleaners rushed through the job and we had a sink that was completely untouched. More importantly, we found an item missing from our bathroom cabinet. While the item was not of great value, our trust was completely shattered. Furthermore, the response of Tri Maids was very underwhelming; they didn't seem particularly concerned. In fact, we have yet to hear back from them after we reported the incident. We will not be using this company a fourth time.

I gave them a credit card. They said it was going to cost $120 per hour and it would take between 1 1/4 hours to 1 1/2 hours. They did a very good job. They did exactly what they listed in their services. I wasn't home when they came but they got the job done. They were a little more expensive.

Everything turned out excellent and couldn’t be happier. They were quick and efficient and I would use them again.

They were excellent. They took advantage of their time. I mean they were working every minute to do an outstanding job. There was no time wasted when they were here. So again, I'll just go back to the thoroughness and detailed minded and did everything what I wanted them to do. Basically, that's what I wanted to say about them.

I called and discussed the cleaning I needed done. They came out a day early to see if they would be able to clean all windows because of certain height restrictions. As it turned out they were able to. I liked the fact that there were no surprises on the actual day of cleaning. Everyone was informed and my expectations were all met. I would use them again.

After several failed attempts at finding a good housekeeping service, the ladies of Tri-Maids are AMAZING! I only wish I had found them much much sooner. They arrived exactly when expected. They worked hard and efficiently until the work was done. They were extremely thorough and completely exceeded my expectations. My house looked amazing after they were finished. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know! EXCELLENT WORK!

Ever time they have come in something has been broken. It took a long time to be reimbursed. The house is always clean, but it seems something always happen when they come in.

Tri Maids does an excellent job; they're very good at what they do. I use Tri Maids every month and will continue to do so.

Very thorough cleaning. They bring a team of four people to clean our house. Fast, expert, clean - I am very satisfied.

A four person team comes out, they know what needs to be cleaned, and they do a good job. They are quick and efficient and we are happy with the work.

I was getting my home ready to sell and called Tri-Maids. Spoke to Eddie, who seemed nice, and was looking forward to the visit. They arrived on time. It was a crew of people - a male lead and three cleaning women. About half an hour into their visit I noticed a small figurine of a dog was missing off a shelf in the living room. This upset me terribly as I was very fond of that little dog and I had seen it the night before. You could still see his outline in the dust because the shelf hadn't been cleaned yet. I pulled the lead aside and showed him the outline of the dog in the dust and he started to disrobe to show me he wasn't hiding it. I told him I didn't care who took it, I just wanted it back. Meanwhile, I went upstairs to see the progress the rest of the team was making and was shocked to see one of them had absolutely soaked my laminate floor with water. It was less than a year old and the recommended cleaning method is to wipe it down, not soak it with water. Apparently the worker had not been trained properly and my floor was ruined. The edges of the individual planks are turning up and will eventually chip off. When they left, I called Eddie and told him about the theft of the dog figurine. He said the lead told him about the incident and they searched everyone and didn't find anything. A few months ago I was going through some cookie tins I have and I found the dog. Apparently whoever took it that day was surprised when I made an issue of it and hid it so it wouldn't be on them if they were searched. An insurance claim was made and people came out and looked at the floor and agreed it was ruined and should be replaced. Then I didn't hear anything for months. I called the phone number Eddie gave me which is the management company, and spoke to Pamela several times. She eventually told me the person I should be speaking to is Thomas Blanton the owner of the company. When I finally talked to him he told me they had been trying to reach me for months. I asked him why they didn't write me a letter or something if they couldn't reach me by phone and he didn't have any answer for that. My home phone has been call-forwarded to my cell phone for years and I don't believe they ever tried to call me back. I have called back several times and Blanton's story has shifted from the floor needs to be replaced to it can be repaired. But I still havn't had any progress getting my floor fixed or my money back. I provided all the paperwork on the floor, date of installation etc. It was an expensive floor - over $3,000. When I was showing the house of course the floor looked horrible and someone recommended I should upgrade the flooring upstairs. The sad part is the laminate floor WAS an upgrade - one that I waited years to do. It was so beautiful now it looks very very tired and I can't afford to replace it myself. Of course the house never sold. Iwould not recommend Tri-Maids to anyone.

They were average. They did adequate work. They were prompt. They would get here when we asked them to. They would get everything done. We had to ask them to do a little extra if we wanted to because they would do the minimum and want to leave. It was a little expensive. They brought 3 girls and charged $15 per hour per person. We don’t use them anymore.

Tri Maids is very reliable and professional. They do good work and correct things when indicated.
