Lancaster Painting

Lancaster Painting painted the interior of my home. Besides being completely thrilled with the completed job, I was also very impressed with the work and personal ethics of the crew. I work from home and couldn't help but overhear some of their conversations. Raul, the young man in charge of my job, is hard working, well grounded, and a mentor for the other employees. I have already recommended this company to my own family and neighbors. I will certainly use them again in the future as well.

Our over all impression was that Lancaster wanted to provide what we wanted in a professional yet friendly manner. Our estimator, Jennifer, was on time and took the time we needed to make good decisions. She did not try to sell us anything, but simply gave us useful information when we asked for it. She kept her opinion to herself, unless we asked for it. Then she would share her experience. Raul, the Project Leader, was very professional. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. We sensed that he was most interested in doing a good job and satisfying our wishes. He went beyond the contract agreement which called for two coats of paint. There were two accent walls that required four coats of paint to meet Raul's standards. We know of no way the work done could be improved upon. Excellent work! The power wash was done in a timely fashion and removed the dirty areas that were bothersome.

Overall, it went well but the work was a little sloppy. Lancaster is quite expensive and they usually do exceptional work, however, on this project I feel like the work was not up to prior standards. The job was quite expensive, and I'm going to have to touch-up some items. The project manager did come back and address several of the issues, which I appreciate. I still feel we paid too much for the job we received.

They did a very good job and I was pleased with them. I had to have them come back and do a little touch up. They were good at responding to my needs.

They were very prompt, efficient, really nice people. They're very personable. They did a really good job. I was really impressed. They were just really super nice and personable. They were very responsive to my needs and flexible. They were on the expensive side but I would give them an A.

It went really well; the man who came and did the service was so polite, helpful, and VERY professional. We have more areas that will need texturing after we remove the popcorn, and we will definitely be returning customers.

I was told at the time of signing with the sales person that someone would contact me a week before my service and explain the details and that someone would be by with samples of the color I chose too make sure it was what I wanted. That didn't happen. They called a couple of days ahead of the service date to confirm what time they would arrive. They were very prompt with that. However no samples were brought. When I asked about it the guy in charge of the job wasn't very accommodating. When I told him how I wanted them to paint, for example where I wanted to start and end with the different colors, he said he didn't like to do it that way, even though the sales person told me that was the correct way to do it. In any event he did it his way. I will say the end result is nice , they did a good job of painting. Clean up could have been better, a lot of dust left, and they left a broken light bulb on my counter. What really upset me was, I contracted for a complete job(walls ceiling doors and trim) however I have a breakfast bar in the kitchen and for what ever reason that was not figured into the estimate. I asked on the second day of the crew being here if they were going to paint it, he told me it was not included, that he would have to call and get the okay to paint it. They did agree to do it but made a point of telling me it was not part of what I contracted for. For $2000.00 I thought it would have been included. Also I found it odd that they didn't paint both sides of the doors, I have a coat closet in the family room and a pantry in the kitchen and only one side of each door was painted. As I said a nice end result, I would have liked the colors to start and end where I wanted them but I guess I could have been a little more aggressive than I was. Also I really am not happy with the accent color but like I said no samples were brought in, again I should have been more aggressive, oh well it was just 1 wall easy enough to repaint when I hire my next group of painters.

We could not be more pleased with our experience, and it takes a lot to make us happy! We were extremely satisfied with everyone at Lancaster, from the planning through to the finished product. Jennifer was so helpful with color choice, and the crew, led by Raul, was extremely professional and friendly. They were on time, thorough, and responsive to our requests. We were especially impressed by their attention to detail and the respect they showed to our home during the process. We highly recommend Lancaster Painting.

Fine job. Dave Juarez, paint team leader, was not satisfied with outcome of initial job, so he did it over! Just an example this company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I bid this job to 4 contractor's. Lancaster was overwhelmingly our choice based on their highly professional presentation. They were the only company that satisfied all my liability concerns and my wife's detail and cleanliness concerns up front. I'm happy we chose them.

Excellent job by Sergio Millan and his team. Great experience with all Lancaster employees. Professional, on time, respectful and a great company to work with. Would definitely use Lancaster painting for future projects.

The Lancaster rep came out to my home to give an estimate for the interior painting.of my 1200 sq ft home. He quoted the cost for painting the living room, kitchen, entry way and hallway only, as no doors, bedrooms, bathrooms or trim were included in the rate he quoted of $1800. They may very well be a great painting company with a good reputation by the reviews I've read, but the price, appears to be much too expensive for my budget. I subsequently received a contract by mail dated 9/16/14, giving licensing information and what to expect from their workers; however, it did not include the price quoted or any pricing information.

Lancaster was extremely professional in all aspects of their service from our initial contacts and throughout the process. The painting crew was punctual and cleaned up the site at the end of the day. They were polite and quiet, respective of our home and precise in their painting. Raul, the project leader was outstanding and attentive to our requests. He was on the job every day keeping the project moving smoothly with precision. We have absolutely no complaints of any kind, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They job was competed without a hitch. A very professional company with excellent communication. The crew was prompt and courteous. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for painters.

Sergio and his team were superior. Workmanship was awesome, very professional. They finished earlier then expected and always kept me abreast of the status daily. We could not be more pleased. Our house pops and stands out in the court. Lots of positive comments from neighbor and passerby's. Great job! Ask for Sergio.

The crew was right on time every day. They got right to work and kept us informed of what was going on throughout the project. Every employee was professional. They did everything to make sure we were pleased at the end of the day. I would use them again.

Provided accurate cost estimate. Started work within a week due to my time constraints. Crew leader was very helpful and professional. Kept me informed and cleaned up after themselves. Crew leader had excellent eye for color and was able to match my paint exactly.

Lancaster Painting is the BEST! We have used them for 12 years and they are the only painters I will call. Two weeks ago, we hired 1 man for their "Painter for a Day" to do some interior painting. It was great job for a great price. The next week we decided to call back Andre and his team to come out and pressure wash, prep and paint our exterior trim, accent and large patio. We couldn't be more pleased with their work! Such a fabulous job. Over the years Lancaster Painting has painted the interior and exteriors of two different homes we have owned and also the interior and exterior of our church building. If you are looking for an honest, professional and quality crew, they are it. They do all the required prep work to the highest standard and are very conscientious about doing things right. We have some interior painting that was done by Lancaster 10 years ago that I can still easily touch up and the paint blends right in. That's impressive. The high quality paint they use and attention they give their work really shows. Lancaster Painting also goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied, and they stand by their work. It really makes a difference. Lancaster Painting may or may not be the lowest bid that you receive, but it will certainly be the best value! Their rates are competitive with other professionals in this caliber, but their quality stands above all others! For whatever your painting needs, Lancaster Painting will do quality work, on time and with professionalism that is rare.

These guys are fabulous. They've worked with us on several projects, and we've been completely happy with the results. In this project, we removed the dated fluorescent box light from our kitchen and replaced it with recessed lighting. This of course left a hole and outline in the middle of the ceiling to deal with. After Lancaster's professional work, the kitchen is beautiful, and you'd never suspect that it had a facelift. On to our next project!
