It only took 2 days to paint my house. It looks beautiful & I was very happy with their work. They were efficient & happy to answer any of my questions. They even swept my patio. I will use them the next time I need painting done.

Eddie was very helpful in planning and working with our budget. The painters were very pleasant and patient with my 3 year old running around. They were also very efficient and the paint came out beautiful. Love Lancaster Painting!

Everyone involved did a fabulous job! From the quote, to the scheduling, the power wash and the paint - just can't say enough... totally exceeded expectations and i am looking forward to working with everyone again. We were told the job would take 5 days but it dragged on for 2 1/2 weeks. There seemed to be a communication problem between the people who assess the job, those that oversee the job, and those who carry out the job. I found myself being the middle man who kept everyone one track.

They were not available until mid October so didn't use them. However, high rates for responding very quickly.

We had the interior of our house painted a couple of years ago by Lancaster Painting and were very pleased with the experience and the outcome, so, when we decided to paint the exterior, it was an easy decision to have them do the job. Again, the experience was great and the house now looks terrific. Everyone we worked with was most helpful and professional. Every step, from the estimate, power wash, and preparation, to the last coat of paint, was patiently and thoroughly explained (like painting anything any shade of red poses extra problems). Jeff and his crew always arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently all day, and provided so many extra little touches, to make sure that everything was up to their high standards. They really wanted to make sure we were pleased with their work. As with our interior job, Lancaster Painting doesn’t just apply a coat of paint. Their preparation, painting skill, doing stucco repair, and applying enough coats to ensure proper coverage, all within the original estimate, made us feel confident we picked the right company for the job. I would highly recommend Lancaster Painting.

LANCASTER PAINTING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

The whole process was professional and efficient, from the initial review, to the scheduling of the painting days, the arrival of the crew each day, and the final inspection. Indeed, I accompanied the project supervisor on the final inspection and everything looked great. When my wife checked the next day, she found a three or four very minor flaws or missed spots. (E.g., a small amount of window trim my wife expected in a different color was the same color as the base wall.) Even though I had already signed off, the company immediately scheduled a follow-up to cover the small missed spots without any hesitations or questions. Overall, the experience was excellent.

This is an updated review initially I submitted an A. The caulking failed and I have siding so it's imperative it's done right. I just had all the dry rotted boards replaced. Rodney came out for the repair and gouged the new facia boards with the ladder on the fireplace also missed some places that needed caulking. I called him he painted the boards on the fireplace but they still need painting the edges are still exposed where the ladder gouged the new boards. I re caulked the missed places by the front left window. I noticed the caulking is still pulling away from the siding. Also I heard Rodney talking on his cell phone while working, I went outside he hung up and said he was getting his schedule. I would think that would happen at the beginning of the work day not on the job.

I've hired Lancaster Painting to do work on my home at least two other times. Each time, consistently, they've done a fantastic job. As a matter of fact, I regrettably hired another paint contractor to paint the exterior of my home, and I should've known better and should have gone with Lancaster. Prior, Lancaster Painting removed popcorn in my son's room and office, re-textured, and painted. It was quick and painless. This time, however, there seems to be a new texture guy, which looking at our texture, it looks more like a "spackle" texture than California knock-down. It also looks like the texture guy was running out of mud halfway through my ceiling, so it looks sparse halfway through. Also, this same person drywalled and textured my garage, which started to peel and crack the very next day after it was finished. For these reasons, my husband and I decided not to proceed forward with the rest of the project. Let me emphasize this, however: this is ONE guy out of the crew; after the garage and living room, we just felt uncomfortable having the guy finish the project, so we did what we felt was best and stopped the project (if you see the photo, the texture in my son's room was done by a different person versus the texture done by the most current guy). Lancaster Painting was understanding. The project manager says he will come and touch-up (fill in the sparse areas with more mud) and sand the living room ceiling (some parts are rough) and fix the peeling/cracks on the ceiling in the garage, so we're definitely grateful and looking forward to that. Promised the estimate that evening. Promised a phone call at a specific time the following Monday. No estimate and no call. Had to follow up several days later for it to be sent. The estimate was well over twice what I paid for another company. Can't imagine what it would have cost to do the whole exterior of my small house.

Very well. They even recommended a handyman to repair the gutters.

Excellent- both Toby (estimator) and Sergio (project manager) were very attentive and informative from beginning to end. Sergio and the crew were very open and flexible throughout the project timelines. Definitely recommend Lancaster for your painting projects, we will call them again for future painting tasks I choose to not do myself.

This was my first experience with painting a home. I was able to set up an appointment for the initial meeting and quote right away. Jennifer came out to the house and gave us an estimate followed up quickly by the quote. The contract also provided the option to pay for a color consultant ($100) as well as a portable restroom ($100) for the time the team is on site - our project lasted 1 week. Rodney was our project manager and he met with us before hand to go over all of the details of what we would expect and to note any specific requests we had for the team. They cleaned the house, scraped any peeling areas, re-primed any bare patches, and performed repairs as well. Our gutters were coming loose from the house, some of our old windows lost their glazing, and we had a couple patches off dry-rot. They repaired it all! The team worked fast and pretty quietly. They were respectful of our time and did quality work. Every single person from Lancaster that I spoke to was very helpful and professional. The whole thing was a great experience!

We have 1268 sq. ft. home and Lancaster painted the entire exterior. The home is fully stucco. We called and set up a meeting with Corrina. She was pleasant, well informed, friendly and answered all the questions I had prepared for her and represented the company in a positive manner. She asked if we needed something done immediately and we didn't although she said that they were out about two weeks but when we approved the job they were there within a week. The project started with a discussion with Andrei the Project Leader and he was present each day to start that days project while also inspecting the prior work that had been completed. The pressure washer team came out and took around four or five hours to complete the starting project. They did a great job without any damage which can occur while using this type of equipment. Jeff and Donald came out the following morning to paint the home. Even though the pressure washer staff had done some patch work the painting staff did some additional work to prepare for painting. Jeff and Donald were very professional, friendly and were very responsive to any questions that I had. Jeff said that there are no stupid questions and to please ask about anything that they were doing and wanted nothing more than a happy and satisfied customer. These two men were working in over 100 degree heat all of the days they were here and I heard no complaints and they were persistent in completing the task with no short cuts to get the job done quickly. They were both honest and totally qualified in doing a professional clean and neat paint job. I am completely satisfied with the end results and believe this will add to the resale value of my home.

We had a great experience with Lancaster Painter. From our estimator Toby to the project manager Raul and all those that worked on our home. They were very hard working and professional. The cabinets and staircase turned out beautiful! They were also very kind to my kids throughout the entire project, which always wins me over :)

The project went very smoothly. The project foreman (Andrei Sogol) did an outstanding job prepping, painting, and touching up the entire inside of the house. Upstairs was performed first and then the downstairs. Everything was taped and covered as needed and cleaned up completely each day. All items were removed from the walls as needed. Two coats applied to the walls and ceilings, very little touch up needed, and paint was left for future needs. They worked 7:45am-4:30pm each day and completed the job on time in 5 days. They were the middle bid on this job but they performed top notch and I would use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Worked with us coordinating their work with our roofer. Power washed the house, primed and painted with two coats of paint. Beautiful job. Provided a detailed job description. Professional, trustworthy, informative, neat and orderly, worked quietly - no loud radios. No hidden costs. They provided us with color samples. Left with us the remaining paint for touch up requirements for the future. Part of the project was to repair numerous areas of stucco. They did an excellent job. One cannot tell where the work was performed because it blends beautifully. They covered our neighbor's new fence in case of overspray, as well as the other neighbors car that was left in their driveway. They stayed on the job until it was completed. Will have them return to paint the interior of our home.

From start to finish the service was exceptional! Every aspect of their service was completed with professionalism. Toby (who gave us the quote) and Rodney and his crew followed through with every assignment. They were courteous, helpful and aimed to please in every phase! I would not hesitate in recommending them and absolutley would (will) use them again.

Toby, the sales rep was extremely informative and took down several notes before calculating the estimate. He helped me outline some of my challenging, upcoming paint projects (stone fireplace, bathroom wallpaper strip/resurface, and painting hi-gloss wood panelling). I was able to schedule the painting a few short days later. I'll admit when Dave showed up by himself, I was worried the job would take a while. But I was wrong. He finished ahead of schedule and the hand painted and sprayed rooms looked amazing. He was extremely friendly and at times, I often forgot he was there. The process/pricing were explained thoroughly and I am very happy with the results. They're "A+" rating is well deserved.
