He is responsive and honest. He called me for an appointment quickly and showed up on time. He identified and explained the problem, provided a reasonable estimate. As a result I hired him, he came back in .5 with the replacement component, then fixed the water heater and charged me exact as his estimate. I'd recommend him for future jobs.

He answered my call and came by after 8pm and did the job the next day. New waterheater and full install ...all in 1 day! Maybe there might be a cheaper plumber but certainly not a faster and more efficient and more reliable expert. Alan, is a plumber I plan to use again on another project... this summer.
