My mother is 99 and her water heater started leaking. Called Allen and he responded within 30 minutes. This was approximately 2 pm, he replaced water heater and removed old one by 4:30. Allen was professional, knowledgeable, and was easy to deal with. If you have a water heater issue I would strongly recommend Allen of 365. I am amazed how this process worked out. Thank you Allen
