Description of Work: I had a small leak in a pipe in my garage, but was leaving town for awhile. They came at once, did a quick patch, reassured me that replacing the damaged section of pipe could wait. When I called for the job to be completed, they were on time, quick, and the cost was reasonable.

Description of Work: I had a section of outdoor, in ground plumbing with a leak. They replaced the bad section of pipe and installed a shutoff valve in case of future problems. They worked quickly and did a professional job for reasonable cost. Although I exposed the leaking section by digging it up before they arrived, I saved some money.

Description of Work: Service person was on time and professional. Successfully completed 90% of the desired worked. There was one requested task that the service person did not want to complete at the time which may require another appointment(aaargh!!). Overall satisfied and would probably recommend.

+ -1 moreThey were very honest with me and sacrificed making a lot of money by giving me good advice to have the gas company move my meter closer to my home. It was nice of them, rather than just performing the necessary repair, which would have ended up running me about $3000 more. I like that they took the time to help me through my situation and were knowledgeable in giving me the correct advice for the situation.
Description of Work: Riordon trouble shot a gas problem for me and ended up stubbing out my gas line so that my gas company could move my meter closer to my home.

+ 0 moreI do not recommend this company. My water heater was not working. The tech came out and said I needed a new water heater, and it would cost $1200.00. I needed to approve the order that night. I felt very pressured. I at first agreed that after doing my own investigation, it should not have cost over $800.00 and then I found out the water heater was not bad at all, but the pilot light had blown out. When I tried to cancel the appointment, they sent me a bill for $80.00. They only took the fee away after I reminded them that they give free estimates. I will never call on this company again.
