I couldn t get garage door to open or close. When they called they said they can troubleshoot over the phone with me or come out. So I said let s try to trouble shoot. I unplugged it and it worked! I really appreciate them for that. Anyone else would have come out and charged me for unplugging it! If I have any other issues I will be calling them again. Thank you!!
