He tends to hide the parts that went to the garage door package. He came with the box all torn up, looking like it was a rejection from another job.

I was able to get them out when I wanted to have the garage springs repair done. They did a free tune up & realignment of my garage door. They explained to me some upgrades that we could do to the operation of our garage door, but there was no pressure. I was very happy with the workmanship & customer service of MR Garage Doors!

They arrived on time. MR installed oil-tempered springs which will last longer and not lose their strength (versus galvanized). The installer did an excellent job balancing the door.

Very pleasent worker. Did not take advantage of me. They could have said I needed a new door but he suggested a repair. A lot less expensive. Was very pleased with them.

Highly recommended, very professional, with amazing communications along the way. Had one of my torsion spring snap and was promptly replaced the same morning! Angie is super responsive and attentive, with great communication. Mandre helped replaced the springs, balanced the door, and lubed the springs.
