Description of Work: I called this company for refrigerator repair. After a scheduling mix-up in the office, the repairman arrived at the newly designated time. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. A few weeks later, when I had another problem with my refrigerator, the same repairman fixed it. Overall, I was very happy with the service from Spencer Service, and recommended them to a friend.

Description of Work: Guy (service tech) from Spenser Service arrived on time . Two issues to take care of. One; he repaired the gasket on our Sub Zero freezer door. He did not replace the gasket, he felt that by filling, with silicone, where the small tears were and suggesting to not open the freezer door for a 24 hour period it should take care of the frost that was beginning to build up inside the freezer. It worked! No more frost buildup! Second item; ice maker was leaking water into the ice cub pull out drawer when it filled. Guy knew what to do by pulling the water dispensing tubing out about a 1/2" so the water would only fill the tray with water and not the drawer. He remarked that this is a common occurrence with the Sub Zeros. Extremely happy with Guy and Spencer Services. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Description of Work: He replaced the evaporator and added refrigerant. He investigated the age of my sub-zero refrigerator and determined that the parts were still under warranty, saving me a lot of money. The work was done very professionally and in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Service man came to repair our washing machine----took him about forty five minutes to determine that a new motor would be needed, and that with the labor cost would be prohibitive ---he let me decide to repair or to purchase a new machine----NO PRESSURE!!! Excellent Company!!!

Description of Work: Repaired (replaced) an ice maker that was leaking and a fan motor that had failing bearings. Repair guy was polite and courteous. Service was prompt although we had to wait a bit for the part to come in. Can't blame them for that. Once it was in, the repair happened the next day.

Description of Work: I called to have them come out. When I told them my problem they suggested that I call GE warranty repair because there was a good chance that it was covered under warranty. They lost $70 but if I ever do need anything repaired I'll go to them because they didn't try to screw me. Thanks for the honesty!!!
