Rob returned my call within an hour which I was very pleased about since I had left a message for a different Handyman two days earlier and had not received a call back. Excellent responsiveness. We set up an appointment for the following week, he was about an hour late because his last appointment added a couple of things when he got there. That was okay, he called me before our appointment time to let me know he was going to be a little late and he called when he was on his way. Excellent. I showed him what I needed done and he gave me what I thought was a very reasonable price of $200.00, I approved it and he went to work. Our patio cover is enclosed on the top and has a slight pitch so the rain will drain off. After Rob measured and noticed the pitch he let me know that he would be installing the rods on an angle, not straight across, so they would not touch the ground on the lower side. Perfect. As other slight modifications occurred Rob called me out and explained what he was going to do so nothing would be a surprise or misunderstood. Excellent! He had done this before so he gave me excellent advice on how they should be hung (seams to the outside, rod on the outside so you have a nice curtain look when you're setting on /in the patio). Rob knows his craft, he is very nice and personable and an excellent communicator. He did an outstanding job and I highly recommend him. Thanks Rob!

Rob and I met to go over the issues. He was thorough and had great suggestions for the hardware, giving me a very fair estimate for the work. We scheduled the work to be done a few days later and Rob called shortly before the scheduled time to let us know he was on the way. Rob was professional, detailed and dependable. We will definitely have him back to help with our handyman needs and help with our garage conversion. I would give A+ for all the work he did. Excellent.

He was the first to call me. Next he was extremely punctual, and called to confirm his arrival time. He was very clean, professional, pleasant, and had a positive attitude. His work was outstanding. He gave me estimates for two other jobs, I will be using him again. He is very reasonable with price.

Phoned before coming. On time. Is a general contractor so has a large variety of knowledge. Nice person.

I really liked Randy. I liked his price and he was very courteous and knew what he was talking about.

Rob completed everything with precision and professionalism. I appreciated that he called before he came over and he always showed up when he said he would. He was also available to answer all of my questions/concerns throughout the remodel. It was great to have someone who could honestly answer my questions and make me feel at ease. I would definitely use him again for future remodels or handyman type jobs. He does it all.
