We have been very satisfied with Jenny.

Jenny is great. She always arrives on time and does a great job. I have used her services many times now and she still impresses me each time. Jenny and her team do a fantastic job and pay a great attention to detail. I am very pleased with her housekeeping service and hope to use her for a long time.

Jumping on the band wagon here but we experienced the same great service and attention to detail that the other reviewers have commented on. We have had three housekeepers over the past seven years and nobody was as thorough as Jenny. Our house looked great when whe was done. Everything in the house dusted/cleaned completely. Amazing! We have contracted with her Jenny bi-weekly cleaning and hope to retain her services for a long time.

I was very pleased with the service. The house was thoroughly cleaned and Jenny scheduled the cleaning on short notice. She did the best work that I have had done in the past several years.

It's obvious that Jenny means to establish her reputation as a high-standard, very professional service. They scoped out the house for about one minute, then each went to separate tasks and deep-cleaned every inch of the house: besides the obvious vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, etc., they washed floors and windows, polished wood furniture, dusted hard to reach places including every picture frame, etc. They even left my tea kettle shining. High standard of service. They did arrive a bit late.

Scheduled us in when everyone else was booked. Showed up when promised and stayed until the job was done. Well beyond what was expected. The work was excellent and everything was done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Jenny's to anyone looking for a housecleaner. Also, she did such a good job that we have now hired her to clean our house on a regular basis.

Jenny called and asked if she could come earlier than the original scheduled time, and that was just fine with me. She looked over my entire house and started working. It took them approximately 3 hours to finish. Unfortunately, she was cleaning the back of my stove and pushed too hard and broke the glass out. But the light behind the glass is still in tact. That is going to cost me extra to get fixed, but I still appreciated the hard work they did.

We were moving out of our house and needed it cleaned top to bottom before our tenant moved in. Jenny's crew cleaned every corner of our home including the windows. The bathrooms were sparkling and all the floors were spotless. Each bedroom got a thorough cleaning. The living and dining areas were and quot;shiningand quot;. The place looked fantastic and was ready to move into. .

I called on a Friday and they came the next day. It was Angie plus two others. They worked very fast but with a lot of attention to detail. Bottom line is they did a perfect job.

I'm a Realtor and I employed Jenny to clean the home of a client. The home had been vacant for several months and needed a lot of attention. Jenny worked me into an already very full schedule, to accommodate an escrow timeline on sale of the home. Her staff showed up on time, worked efficiently and did a great job. This was the initial cleaning of my 3 BR / 2 BA house. I am extremely pleased with this service and all the workers. My house hasn't looked so clean in years. I am looking forward to the bi-weekly service that starts this week, finally !!! Jenny and her crew work very hard, and clean everything in sight. Jenny is professional and determined to keep your business. Timing may sometimes be an issue, but she is a working mother (who isn't), so I am extremely flexible when it comes to someone else do a job for me that I am no longer WANTING to do....clean bathrooms. Jenny cleaned my house after tenant moved. She cleanedall window, blinds, kitchen, oven, floor and dust the whole house for me. She is very professional, experienced and good at her work. I am very satisfied with her work.

Jenny turned up on time with her two additional cleaners and the three of them cleaned my home quickly and thoroughly in under two hours. They got down on their hands and knees to clean floors, up on step stools to clean hard to reach high up places and brought all their own equipment. Jenny is great about communicating via her cell phone and text message and she has earned my business each and every week. I strongly recommend her for your home cleaning needs.

I'm new to the area and had been looking for someone to clean our home on a pretty regular basis. I had interviewed a couple of other cleaning professionals in the area but was not happy with their prices or level of professionalism. My S.O.'s mother was coming in town for a week so it became imperative that I get someone in to clean relatively soon. I found Jenny on Angie's List and decided to give her and her team a try. She came over for an initial consultation and gave me a quote for the amount of time and the cost (we have a 3bed/1.5bath SFH). I was happy with the price so we scheduled a time for them to clean. Unfortunately, they did not arrive at the appointed time but Jenny called to say they were stuck in traffic (it was the day of the SF Giants parade) and that they would arrive in about 30-45min. That time frame didn't work for me so we rescheduled for a different day. The cleaning team (Jenny + 2 other women) arrived on time and were in and out in about 2 hours. They were fantastic!! Moved couches, did windows, made everything sparkle and shine, and overall I was very happy with the service. So happy in fact that we have set up a regular time for them to come and clean our home. Even with the initial snafu I would definitely recommend!

Jenny was very responsive- called me back same day (Saturday) to set up a time to meet, and she came over to see the house later that day. We made arrangements for a cleaning a few days later. She came with a small crew and they cleaned from top to bottom, all rooms. It took several hours, but there was lots to clean this first time. The house looks great- the work is outstanding. She was a pleasure to deal with, and we are planning to use this company for a cleaning every two weeks. Based on this first experience, I would highly recommend the service.

I have had people cleaning my house for 15 years .. Jenny is by far the best. Other companies charge extra for things she included in her service. There were two workers Jenny and a helper. They cleaned the kitchen cabinets, dusted ceiling fans ,cleaned closet mirrors, they even dusted the plants!. she dusted the top of the sofa which I have to ask people to do. jenny is intelligent and she pays attention to detail. They used grout cleaner on the tiles. I was amazed. I could not find one thing wrong with the way she cleaned my house. She is pleasant friendly and accommodating, most of all she cares about pleasing her clients and her reputation. I highly recommend Jenny.

They did a good job, I don't think they could have done any better.

We recently bought a house that wasn't left to us in the cleanest way. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen, all pretty dirty. She came and gave us an estimate of $150 to clean the entire house. The price was hard to beat. When she came she arrived on time. Anything she couldn't completely clean she told us about. There were two of them cleaning a 2 story house, and they did a great job. I am definitely going to use her services again.

Called jenny, scheduled an appointment to see the house, 2-story. The house was a mess as i was re-doing the kids rooms. Jenny did not seem to be bothered with all of the cluter. She quoted a price I thought was fair and we scheduled the work. because we were not done with the wood floor install, and the house was too cluttered to clean, I rescheduled with jenny , who was ameneable to change. Jenny did a great job. Our house was not as clean as i would have hoped before jeny came in so I was a little embarrased with the amount of dirt that one tends to overlook over the years. jenny was awsome. Quite the difference when i got home. According to my 18 year old daughter, home at the time, Jenny was very professional and so thorough. Defenetely will have her back as often as i can.

The first thing I told them was: NO CHEMICALS AROUND OR NEAR THE BIRD CAGE OR IN THE LIVINGROOM AT ALL. All furniture was to be cleaned with warm damp cloth, or dusted. I reiterated this several times. Came home to all livingroom furniture covered in furniture polish, inluding the table the bird cage is on, and her perch. Furniture polish is toxic to birds. I threw the perch away and wiped off the polish as best I could. The coffee table, which had furniture polish on it, had not been cleaned prior to application of polish, I had to clean coffee spills and food splatter off the table. Bedroom lamps on side tables were shoved against the wall so the lampshades were askew. Second mirror in master bathroom was not cleaned at all.
