Jenny is very professional and responsive. We had a bi-weekly cleaner before her that did not clean sufficiently and Jenny pointed out all the areas that were dirty (fans, base boards, top of refrigerator/microwave, oven and stove). They went over the floors three times and it was squeeky clean. I really liked that they took of their shoes when cleaning the house and floors so as not to leave any marks. The house smelled great and we could really tell the difference in cleanliness when they were finished. It was Jenny and two other ladies. They also cleaned the windows very well, both inside and out (outside only the windows on the bottom floor). Her price is good as well. The only minor drawback is we have to supply the cleaning products but they didn't see to overuse what we had. I've set her up for recurring bi-weekly cleanings and am hopeful she will be our go-to cleaner from now on.

I was referred to a friend of mine. She's real friendly. I never had anything missing, nothing broken. They have a key to the house and they lock it when they leave. Was pretty conscientious about that. Thorough. No complaints whatsoever. Price is pretty reasonable. She's pretty punctual, very professional. They do the job and didn't have any complaints about it. She's pretty flexible.

I did not have high hopes for the stove -- an old electric stove - which was not well cleaned when we moved in. I was amazed that it was absolutely SPOTLESS - including wire racks after being cleaned. Jenny had two additional staff working with her. Jenny is fluent in English and Spanish and I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy with which she managed her staff. Jenny is personable, pleasant and owns her own business. I was impressed by her business sense. Jenny and staff were fast, efficient and professional. I plan to call on Jenny in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for similar services.

Cleaned my 1200 square foot townhouse from top to bottom. Three women worked non stop for 2.5 hours. They were careful with our things and cleaned right down to the baseboards and window ledges and frames. I am still discovering places they cleaned that I never thought of. Very nice, hard workers.

Jenny arrived on time with an assistant and after a brief walk-thru, explained the services provided. I was extremely pleased with the results; she did an excellent job vacuuming the cat hair off my stairs and getting my kitchen sink spotless. I would highly recommend her services as she is prompt and professional.

So far I have experienced them two times. The first time I felt they were a little bit fast and provided that feedback. The second visit they seemed to slow down and have done a good job.

They did a good job. They did more than what I asked for. There was one issue, which was that I wanted to set up a regular cleaning schedule, but when I called them back to set this up they never returned my call.

I asked for a quote and never got any sort of reply from this vendor.

Jenny and her crew are prompt, courteous, and meticulous. They are careful with fragile items, and clean under furniture and deep into corners. We have used them 3 times now, and plan to continue to use them on a monthly basis. The work they do is outstanding, and I highly recommend Jenny and her crew.

The price we pay her is for every two weeks. Her work is good. We had a little hard time getting a schedule to begin with but now we're on a regular schedule. She has a staff of either 3 or 4 that comes in, and they are professional.

I've stop looking through Angie's List, I do not want to renew my subscription, and I'd never recommend it to anyone.

Very good service. Punctual. Fast. Cleaned bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, kitchen. Vacuumed, washed floors and wiped down surfaces, even cleaned out the toaster. Friendly and professional. I have them come in every 2 weeks and it's worth it.

It went well. They were fast but I would say a little too fast. They cleaned all visible areas and some not so visible ones. The second visit was to be 20% off but they did not contact me for another visit.

Have used Jenny's services for several months now. Very conscientious and extremely thorough. The service is consistent, I am always satisfied.

It went well except that this was the first visit and the job was bigger than she expected. She said the house was really dirty and so took more time than expected. Also it was difficult because she came into the city from Concord so the drive back and forth took a lot of time. Not everything was completely finished but it had been three and a half hours by then, and she had to go. I certainly understood. I would hire her again, but I don't think she wants to return.

Very deep cleaning gave me a true estimate. Would not take on the whole house. Hopefully I can find someone who will.

Jenny and team arrived ready to go to work and worked non-stop cleaning things I didn't even expect to be cleaned. I was so happy to have her there - I had full trust that she would do a great job based on all the other Angie's List reviews and I was not disappointed. My expectations were exceeded and now we will start regular service with Jenny. I know how tough of a job it was to clean our house since we had 3 pets who shed a lot and we also live in an area that is very windy so dust blows in through the windows all the time. All we could say when they were done was WOW! Thanks to Jenny and her team! They are great and I highly recommend them. We look forward to a great relationship with her and can't wait to get started on our regular service so our home never becomes so dirty again.
