Description of Work: We use them on a monthly basis and have not been bothered by bugs. We had one occasion to have additional pest services inside our home and they provided these in a timely manner and it was included in our monthly fee no additional charges. The technician that services our house is friendly and knowledgeable. My wife also asked about an area of wood on the house that she thought might have termite damage and after he inspected the area he told us that it was not termites but water damage. So I feel that they are honest with us. I would recommend their service.

Description of Work: Terminix provides quartely inspections and preventative treatments. "The proof is in the pudding". I have not had ants, spiders or other insect infestations since I started using them.

Description of Work: Terminix sprayed the yard, which includes the front and back yards. It is sprayed every 3 months. Lupe always does a great job and is punctual. He also sprayed for ants inside the back yard.

Description of Work: NORMAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE SATISFACTORY. I WAS CONSIDERING USING THEM FOR ATTIC INSULATION BUT DID NOT USE THEM. I COULD NOT GET REVIEWS. TERMINEX SUGGESTED ANGIES LIST. I JOINED ANGIES BECASUSE OF THEIR REQUEST. I COULD NOT GET REVIEWS VIA: ANGIES LIST.I COULD NOT GET POSITIVE REVIEWS VIA INTERNET. I USED HOME DEPOT INSTEAD AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I AM COVERED FOR TERMITES. THEY HONORED THE WARRENTY, SOLVED MY PROBLEM. THE SERVICE MAN DID NOT MAKE A REPORT WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE.

Description of Work: Terminix provided an annual termite inspection of my house. This year I managed to get the technician that I had requested, who does a very thorough job and gives good suggestions on how to deal with any problem areas. In the past couple of years I had requested this technician but the company sent out other people who didn't seem quite as thorough, so I had to do some phone work to make sure the requested technician was assigned to me. | |As I have two termite protection plans (subterranean and drywood), I am pleased that the company offers a discount on one of them. |

Description of Work: They did their yearly inspection and in the process, cracked the plastic access area to the attic. They took in for repairs and it has been about 3 weeks without them returning it. Also, they were going to give me referrals for contractors to replace the plastic access as well as an estimate for laying more insulation in the attic.

Description of Work: They spray insecticide around the outside of my house for termites and |ants and all other insects. They also spray around the floor of my garage |to kill spiders, crickets and an occasional c*** roach. I have them on an |annual contract which gives me an annual inspection of my entire house for |termites and the service noted above on a quarterly basis. They are always |punctual and perform any work I request including eliminating cob webs around the overhang of my roof. If I have any other problem they respond |quickly with no additonal charge because of my contract. |

Description of Work: They did not do the repairs they claimed they did. Had to hire another company to finish the work.

Description of Work: I have a termite contract with them. I paid about $600. for three years. The inspector did his work, some questions were asked and he told me he would get back to me. I'm still waiting for that call. When they tented my house they had a subcontractor do the work and they charged me about $500 more than the contractor charged.

Description of Work: We regularly have Terminix spray the outside for ants, spiders,etc. They come every 3 months. If during that time, we have an invasion of ants in the house, or even fleas in the yard, they will come back & re-spray no charge. We have used them for years and have never had any problems. Have never even considered any other company.

Description of Work: Quarterly spraying the outside of the house for ants, wasps and whatever. They come whenever called for in between service when necessary - for either inside or outside problems - no extra charge. We've been with them for a loooong time.

He has made a number of helpful suggestions that would improve the ongoing care of our home. |
