Shoddy work. I have called 5 times to resolve, each time being told I would get a call back. Work was not done according to specifications. This company clearly hires undocumented people and does not follow building standards. , and takes on an aggressive posture when questioned by the person paying for the work as if to question the buyer's judgement, as opposed to explaining and implementing what is the best thing. Example: I asked why they left half the exterior wall unfinished, and I got back grief that it was too hard to do (all in mime, as I dont speak spanish). The team eventually finished 7/8ths of the way down the exterior. Obviously that is not enough, and now I have mold and rotting walls. And I'm kicking myself for letting them speak to me like that when I asked them to do the work. That is not an expert home builder, that is someone that preys on people and preys on the other person's lack of building experience

Overpriced, they hire incompetent people until you complain about it, they use lowest cost materials and touted that they only use the best and that?s why they charge so much. Put the attic vent on my heating system which caused it to fail and I?m not sure what happened to my original roof jack because we had to spend thousands to get our heater completely replaced and purchase a new roof jack because of their incompetence. They will not return my phone calls or text. We are supposed to be under warranty and it is not being honored. Do not recommend.

After getting my price locked in a few days before, Expert Home Builders came to my home with a full crew. The crew was in full protective gear and respirators as they vacuumed out all of the old insulation in my attic. This is key because my home had very little insulation and a large amount of rat feces. My home interior was covered and draped so nothing was damaged. They were in and out at my house before I could even get back. I like the efficiency and I believe this was made possible due to the fact that they had a full crew. My insulation looked great and worked great too. No more fluctuations in temperature and watching all of my AC go out through my roof. Lastly, I would like to thank Mike and the crew at Expert Home Builders for getting this job done through the maze of all of the new duct work I have in my attic. Everything looks like night and day in comparison to what is had before.
