Can I give six stars? Working with Expert Home Builders was such a breeze. We had a pretty complicated multi-level deck design in mind and they pulled it off better than we imagined. They even suggested a few tweaks to make it more functional without going over budget. The team was always respectful, wore boot covers when coming inside (it’s the little things!), and worked quickly without rushing. I especially liked how they kept us updated with photos when we weren’t home. The attention to detail and quality of their work is seriously impressive. Our backyard feels like a whole new space!

They hire other ppl to work on your project and then those people hire other workers. Chain of command is ridiculous. They do not tell you when there they are coming or not. Expect you to be available to open the door when they give you no notice. Workers do not speak English and is hard to communicate. Workers do sloppy job and had to complain multiple times for things to get done right. Company only comes to collect payment and to upsell on other stuff. Do your research and do not rely on the 5star ratings most are fake.

Shoddy work. I have called 5 times to resolve, each time being told I would get a call back. Work was not done according to specifications. This company clearly hires undocumented people and does not follow building standards. , and takes on an aggressive posture when questioned by the person paying for the work as if to question the buyer's judgement, as opposed to explaining and implementing what is the best thing. Example: I asked why they left half the exterior wall unfinished, and I got back grief that it was too hard to do (all in mime, as I dont speak spanish). The team eventually finished 7/8ths of the way down the exterior. Obviously that is not enough, and now I have mold and rotting walls. And I'm kicking myself for letting them speak to me like that when I asked them to do the work. That is not an expert home builder, that is someone that preys on people and preys on the other person's lack of building experience
