I want to state that this was the first home remodel project that we've had done to the home. I waited to do this review to see if any issues popped up and I'm happy to say that nothing has. Owner did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and it's stunning. There were some logistical issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. While this did add to the estimated time to completion that wasn't a big deal to us and I as the end result is what matters most. We highly recommend them to do any remodeling job that you require. It will be a top notch job with them making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end product.

After having a disastrous master bathroom remodel where the subcontractor had botched the job, I was faced with finding a company that can fix it. The job was done so poorly that it had to be redone. Naturally I was quite skeptical after this ordeal.. When I contacted Expert Home Builders, Owner came out and assured me that they could complete my master bath to my standards (I am very picky) and it would be done in a very timely manner. Their tile man and painter did exquisite work. After the glass shower, vanity, and tub were installed, I was extremely happy with the results. And you will too if you choose to use them. They offer first rate quality on their remodeling services. I recommendation them without any hesitation.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. . DO NOT TRUST THEM. RUN THE OTHER WAY. Many issues with shoddy work. Improper backfill of trenches and prepping for paver work. Improper install, no access to shutoff valve or venting to gas firepit. Having to do work over as not done properly first time. Ruined new fence and pergola with horrible staining job. Had to hire another company to fix it. They contract work out to unlicensed workers and using the company license when putting contract together. Work was to be done in 60-90 days, still was not complete 5 months later. Workers would not show, or work 4 hours when they did come to work site. The lead was hiring his family to do work that were inexperienced and made major mistakes. Had to have electrical work redone as they had done not to code. They would ask for more money to continue the project instead of keeping with contract. Contract and emails all said no hidden fees and all materials included. NOT true. We ended up paying for countertops, fire pit insert., light fixtures etc which was an addition to contract. I tried to work with them to finish project but they made so many mistakes and did not trust the work .

Demo-ed and replaced an exterior deck (approx 350 sq ft). The owner and his crew were simply outstanding in estimating, executing, cleaning-up aspects of this job. One is hard-put to assemble adequate adjectives to describe the quality of his work and the pleasure the whole family has experienced from his exceptional work and attitude. Bravo!

Team was fabulous to work with, hands down. My vision was to add more living space without adding square footage. Expert Home Builders made it happen. Walls were moved, doors rearranged, pocket door installed, custom shelving, new kitchen with extra seating, and new bathrooms came to life. I felt I was part of the Expert team. My vision and their high standards created my perfect place.

My bathroom and master bedroom turned out amazing, I was very satisfied with the results.. Their team worked really hard and did a beautiful job , I already referred these guys to a few friends. I will continue to recommend!

This company was great. We really loved working with them. They came out to give us an estimate and we decided to hire them on the same day. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Expert Home Builders . Polite, knowledgeable, friendly and took extra care . They pay attention to small details. I would recommend 100% to anyone who need remodeling project done.

First of all, he asked us to lie and tell the finance company that the work was done when it was not. We just did not answer the phone. The work was done poorly from the beginning, having to keep asking them to fix as they went.. example.. the stairs being all different measurements.. with a huge drop at bottom. That is just one of many. The wood is not the wood they said for the price they gave us!! $21,000! 9 months later , all boards are split, one even split open and raising . They came out and said that there was absolutely nothing they could do! What a horrible decision to work with this company!

The guys installed new shower and cabinets in the bathroom, with great quality !

The paiting was done nicely. We got a fair estimate, no hidden fees. I was super happy with the results.

Simon was the Sales Rep. Nice guy. After 3 estimates, Simon contacted me. I decided to hear him , making his estimate the 4th one. Without any commitments, he order a company he works with "Triple M Roofing" to come and cover my entire roof to protect from rain since it was leaking. That jesture convince me to hire them, not only for their kindness but also for the price. $23,000 got me an entire new roof, missing fascia boards installed and replaced 3 more that were damaged, Gutters installed on the front area of my home. I am now happy worry free enjoying my new roof. If in need of a new roof Expert Home Builders works with a Top Notch Company; "Triple M Roofing" that would not disappoint. They're clean, fast, knowledgeable, and expert on Roofs. I highly recommend them.

They never fully completed the job even though they were paid. Over paid I might add. Very poor installation that was below average yet cost a fortune. They lie and act like they will give you a deal but really are driving the price up the wall. They are very pushy and try to intimidate you once you have hired them. They even came to my house demanding payment unannounced! Not only did they violate my personal boundaries they took advantage of me and took my money. The job they did could of been done by any amateur and they charged over 30,000. They broke my air conditioner and when I had someone look in the attic they hadn't even fully put installation throughout the attic. I was scammed and I'm warning other to stay FAR FAR away!!

Expert Home Builders, Inc. are by definition contractor fraud perpetrators and I believe they engage in illegal business practices on a regular basis. They treat their female customers unfairly. They are abusive and deceptive and they engage in price gauging.

They did not follow what is in the contract. David has a lot of excuses, they are just good at taking the customers money. They can come immediately and get the check, but, if you said to finish their project? Excuses...

I really appreciate working with the team at this company . The manager was always easy to reach and he brings every detail of the client ideas to fruition. They completed the project on time and on our budget. I am beyond pleased

Expert home builders is wonderful business to work with. they were referred to us by a friend. Great attitude and workmanship. Remodeling is not easy and they took care of us without problem! thank to all of you guys!

They rwmodeled my kitchen and I was surprised how the project went so smoothly. The guys cleand the house every day at the end of the work. If they were any issue they resolved them right away ! The outcome was excellent!

Our Hall bathroom looks likes totally diffrent spaceand the entire family loves it . Their team really take their work personally and it shows. Thank you so much guys. E We appreciate you and love the bathroom you built you guys a Rock !

This company has no integrity David Porat is a liar he will tell you anything and screw you over I have a complaint with the board of contractors and his bond company . and I never do reviews .do your home work this guys a snake liar

We had such a wonderful experience with the crew from expert home builders ! They came out to remodel the kitchen and landscaping. They had masks and gloves , they were kind , professional and clean . I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

I highly recommended this company!! We got an amazing new bathroom. From my initial request, the manager understood the Visio of my project. He Wes cooperative and prompt. He was able to fulfill all my requirements within our budget. We got many compliments for my new bathroom. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality work

We hired Expert Home for our kitchen remodel. The manager was on top of the project and had wonderful ideas. You could tell he has a lot of experience. The job was completed within three weeks. It was very easy to get in contact with them daily , always available on the phone . We already recommended this company to our friends.

Amazing service ! The project manager helped organize the garden with a beautiful little trees around, the landscaping really changed the look of the backyard. I am so happy we worked with the project manager he is very creative
