I signed up a contract with them for a year. It was really good. The owner came out the first time and I think he wanted to check out everything himself so I was impressed by that 'cause he's very informative as occasional and he did a very thorough job as spraying the entire inside and outside of my house and he solved the problem. It was my first time to hire a pest control company so I don't really know how was their price compared to other company so I guess it's fair. I'm definitely using them for the next year.

Found referral on Angie's List. Didn't want to spend hours again this summer battling ants in the house, so broke down and called for pest control. He was very helpful in tailoring a plan to meet our needs. Since we wanted to start with minimum treatment, we agreed to bi-monthly service, three times, during the warm weather months. Appreciated his flexibility and his not aggressively tryng to push extra service beyond our desires. Very personable and professional. Now having had two bi-monthly treatments, I have had no ants in the house; just like he promised!

We bought a used refrigerator that ended up coming with a roach problem. I found Erwin's Pest Control on Angies list, and saw they had a coupon available to Angie's members. I called Robert, the owner, and explained the problem to him. Without seeing them, he was able to a**** that we probably had geman roaches in the kitchen, and wood roaches in the garage. He went out of his way to schedule us a Saturday morning appointment for us (does Saturday only by appointment), and said he would give us the Angies Member price without buying the coupon. He was on time for the appointment, and seemed very knowledgeable about everything. We asked how much it would cost for regular pest maintenance on our 1600sf, .17 ac home, and he suggested having him come out every 2 months for $65 a visit. His solution is superior because he only has to spray once every 2 months, and it is water-soluable once it dries, meaning that it won't wash away with water, only soapy water. He was also very friendly and customer-service oriented, a rare find today. We called him out for a one time visit to take care of the roaches, and decided to hire him for regular visits!

I had a sudden invasion of tiny ants.....they had build a nest in my smoke alarm on the ceiling...they set off the alarm.... and when I pulled it down to look the eggs and all came showering down in the bedroom.Rob came out the same day I called in the morning and saved the day! VERY knowledgeable, VERY prompt and professional, Very Reasonable in Price...........VERY glad I called him to help. He treated the attic area, some areas in the house where he found evidence as weil as the whole house exterior perimeter. I highly recommend Erwins Pest Controll

They came out on time, and sprayed chemical to kill roaches, but a few days later more roaches appeared. They came back and sprayed once again. Then no more roaches.

Only got an estimate. No service was performed. Estimate extremely too high.

rief time he was here I'm not sure he looked in the garage or kitchen. When he went into the attack he put out bait. I asked about a rat dying and smelling up there. He said it was a possibility but usually they go away and die. Two weeks later had a very bad smell coming from the attic. Both my husband and I had to go into the attic to try to find the dead rat. Couldn't find it and just had to wait for the smell to go away. I wish he had recommended bait traps. Anyway I feel this was too expensive for what I got.

Had pest problem in attic.............. Rob was VERY professional.........quickly responded to my initial call for help. Came out promptly exactly as promised. Completed work quickly and professionally (wore boot covers to avoid adding dirt to my carpet). Gave me great understanding of the pest problem, solutions and what to expect in the future. VERY happy experience and reasonable price. If ever need again, Rob / Ewrins will be my go-to pest control guy.

Rob did a great job spraying and knocking down several dozen wasp nests. Much of the work involved walking and crawling on a 2500 square foot roof. He was professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile, and we will certainly be using his services again.

, lErwin was GREAT! We needed area specific service---the exterior and just a few walls inside the house. He was willing to work with us and not at all put out by my special requests. He arrived promptly and was very nice. He told us what to do before our arrival and explained what to expect afterwards. He was also very careful not to get any chemical on wood floors. Very nice! We'll use him again

It was $80 for the initial service, and we set up a monthly recurring pest service for $40 extra. They have been fine so far, five weeks down the line. I have had good luck with them so far, no complaints.

Great communication from the start. Was there when he said he would be and did what he said they can do..Erwins is very professional, thero and informative for preventative issues. They even bring treats for my dogs when they go in the back yard. I highly recommend Erwins Pest Control. Price is right and the service is what you are hoping for....

The guy who comes over to spray is punctual. He is very pleasant. He calls a day in advance to arrange a time to come over. I would use them in the future.

I highly recommend Erwin Pest Control. Rob Erwin is a great guy, personable, reliable and has extensive knowledge of this business. Rob is always here every other month, always alerts me that he has arrived by a gentle knock on the door, and is very careful around my pets. I had an extreme ant and spider problem when I first called Erwin Pest Control ten or so years ago and from the day he first started, the ants and spiders disappeared from inside and outside my home and patio. He takes care to make sure all of the pots in the yard have been sprayed. He checks with me periodically to see if there are any problems or if I have noticed anything that needs his attention. I trust Rob to use the correct chemicals and I feel confident that he does an excellent job. Again, I highly recommend Erwin Pest Control! I have been extremely pleased with Rob's work for years.

My appointment was at 7:30 AM. I arrived at 7:17 to find Erwin's already on site waiting for me! What a refreshing surprise! He explained everything to me and went right to work. His service was very thorough. He did the job, I paid him and he was off! I had a great experience and signed up for a year's worth of service.

I used Erwins years ago and tried another company for a time. I had no hesitation about going back to Erwins. The service and staff is far better.

Most pest control services would offer a blanket contract that included insect control and limited rodent control. Erwin Pest listened to our specific request for extensive rodent control, worked with us to set up a comprehensive, ongoing rodent control process, and is presently monitoring our attic for rodent activity and removal. We are extremely pleased with Erwin Pest.

Same Day Service! I called Rob and he was here in less than an hour to address our rodent problem. Not only did he place bait, he thoroughly inspected the outside of our home to highlight what we could do to prevent re-entry. I was very impressed. We had had someone else handle it a few years back but Rob's level of service was far superior and at a much better price. I would never consider using anyone else. Highly recommended.

I am shocked how few spiders and webs I now have. Ants and roaches used to be a regular problem, but I have no issues at all.

Rob has taken care of the pest control at my house for over 10 years. He does an excellent job, is punctual, fairly priced, and always willing to find out if there are any problems or issues that we have. I have highly recommended Erwin Pest Control to friends, family and co-workers. Everyone is very pleased with his services.

WELL, THE MORNING AFTER THEY SPRAYED I WENT OUT TO SEE IF ANY BLACK WIDOWS HAD RETURNED, AND I FOUND TWO OF THEM. SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME BACK AND RE-SPRAYED. I THOUGHT THE MEN WERE FRIENDLY AND OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
