They've been really good. I was able to get a time a when I can get off work. Took care of it really well.

Kevin came out and was great.; very kind and patient. He explained the options I had, what it would cost and even how I could deal with the rat myself since it wasn’t living in my attic and just stealing my insulation for a nest somewhere else. My husband decided to do it himself and Kevin told him what to do. He didn’t charge us for his consultation . and the rat was caught in a couple of days.

Company reps were polite, knowledgable and responsive. They did not spray when it was not necessary.

They are great. Knowledgable and friendly come on the same day every month so you can plan around that dat or call and change it

I bought the yearly package for about 450 dollars. This included monthly visits at very different intervals. The first visit was unscheduled by us so that caused a bit of confusion. We called them and asked if they could call prior to them showing up and the kindly obliged. So far we have seen a lot of the pests go away but at the same time there are other pest that are showing up (ants, and cockroaches). Not sure if this is a reaction to the monthly spraying or if we need to purchase another service.

The technician was very professional. He is very familiar with the process since my units all had tenants occupied. He took care of everything for me since I was not in the area. This is exactly what I need. A to Z service without additional headaches and extra cost.

The service was great, showed up as promised. Rob was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The price is fair for the work to be done. I look forward to a black widow-free house this summer.

They are the best I've every used. The owner calls before he comes. He's just very friendly, very professional. I know that if I need something I can just call. Their price is competitive.

We use them every month and we probably started with them about a year ago. We really appreciate the fact they call the night before to ask if it is okay to come by so we always know when they are going to be here. They are very thorough. They just do not come and spray. They talk to us. They are very friendly. They educate us about things that can potentially come along. So, we never feel like we are caught off-guard. My mother lives with us and they are very courteous and respectful to her and the house. They are very professional.

It was good. I don't have anything negative to say. He came out and did what he needed to do. He was friendly. Good customer service and overall I give them a 5 star. This was right where I needed to be budget wise and it was a great deal.

I called probably 10 different exterminators to help me out. The ants had taken over my Kitchen and I was desperate, as my regular exterminator was out of town on vacation for a week! I got varied responses from, " we don't do ants in the Ranchos" to exorbitantly high quotes ($160) to "we can't come until next week, " etc. A competitor actually recommended Erwin's and I called. The owner was very nice on the phone, very informative, even telling me to try and not kill any before he arrives to aid in the pinpointing of entry. He said he was very busy but would fit me in the next afternoon. He arrived right on schedule, and worked very hard in the blazing heat. He was courteous and professional, and said within 1 or 2 days they should be gone. He did an excellent job and they were gone by the 2nd day. He even showed me outside the entry points and nest. I did choke a bit on the price (even got an Angie's list discount) but I have nothing else but praise for his service and quality overall.

I called in the morning thinking an appointment would be scheduled. Rob said he would come to the house around 2 pm so I figured he would give an estimate and set up an appointment. He came ready to work and said he would do the spraying right now. Rob got to work and completed the spraying in about 30 minutes. He was very cordial, friendly and professional. If I weren't moving away I would have him come each month. The next morning there were dead critters (roaches) all around the outside of the house. He explained that the whole valley was having a problem so I didn't feel as bad about the problem. The cost was a little higher than I expected but for the service and the results I saw I would gladly pay it again. I highly recommend you give these guys a call if you have need for pest control.

Based on my quotes, I went with A-Leave Pest Control.

Rob showed up right on time! He checked the attic and house for signs of rodent (rat) presence. He found droppings in my attic and suggested baiting or snap traps. I chose the snap traps since my wife said no poison. I also signed up for monthly service on the spot......Then Rob picked up his sprayer and sprayed the yard too!! Very impressed with Erwin's Pest Control!!

I have not seen an ant in over a month

Rob of Erwin's Pest Control sat down with me at my kitchen table and made suggestions on what he thought the best course of action would be for that particular day and a strategy for future visits. I told Rob that I did a search for pest control companies on Angieslist and that many companies had a grade of "A" but that he was the only one that offered a discount if I mentioned Angieslist. They do an excellent job. They are very responsive. When I call them, they are here within 24 hours and if i need services , they will come out before my scheduled date.

He sprayed inside and out. I paid him and he left.

They come every month and spray for pests, spiders ants etc. I have definitely noticed less spider webs inside and outside the house. I definitely recommend Erwin's!

It went well. Because of the danger the poisons posed he warned us to keep pets away until replastering completed. He was friendly and professional at all times. Even took time to explain to my mom (84 yr) which some people won't/can't .

The owner is very friendly, professional, and responsive. After his initial visit, we set up a plan for him to come out every other month. He let me know, however, if I have a bug problem inbetween services, I can call and he'll come take care of it (without an extra charge). I had to do that once, and he did just that. Very pleased.
