Description of Work: My family and I just moved into a new home that had been empty for a couple of months, so there were a lot of insects. The owner showed up the next day and sprayed himself. The price was a little higher due to the size of the home, but still seemed reasonable to me. I signed up for their monthly service at the same time.

Description of Work: Sprayed both inside and perimeter of the house and certain areas of the yard. Had a sudden problem with large roaches which I have never seen before. Erwins came out and sprayed. Have not found live roaches since.

I called them back out when the ants continued inside. The bedroom ants were gone, however, there were even more kitchen ants. This time we left the ants so the servicman could see where they were coming in. I believe problem is solved.

Description of Work: Sprayed the yard for a really bad ant infestation that was in the house. Didn't want spray inside the house. Had to come back the next day to redo the ant bait inside the house. Was quick to respond. Ant problem now under control. We are now on a bi-monthly annual contract with them for service.

I had a great experience and will continue to use them.

The owner of Erwins spent a long time reviewing the description of the problem and validating the work of another company. He had absolutely nothing to gain monetarily by providing this advice as I was not a paid customer. I am impressed. Highly professional. Knowledgable. Honest. Very caring.
