Description of Work: We had all power to our garage go out on July 3rd, I called that Friday, he was done for the day but would stop by Saturday, that was the 4th of July! There was no extra fee for it being a holiday.Was right on time Saturday, checked out our problem, replaced some outlets checked for any other problems, was here under an hour and charged us 74.00 and that was the amount he gave us over the phone.

Description of Work: My tenant had several concerns. Phino explained the problem to my tenant and how she could avoid future problems of the same nature (overloading an outlet). He also found two other things that needed attention and took care of them. He called me regarding the fixes and costs and sent me an invoice. Very professional on all counts.
