Phino was great! I bought my house a couple of months ago and in order to repair the spa, the electrical needed to be repaired & upgraded. The work was more extensive than originally expected because whoever put in the electrical before did a terrible job. It's a great feeling to know that everything is done correctly now!

We called from the list and ask for an estimate on a ceiling fan installation. We were satisfied with the quote and had them do the installation. The electrician arrived on time and complete the installation quickly. He also check some problems and reapaired them. We were more than satisfied and will use their services again.

Excellent professional service. We had a plug outside that didn't work. Previously called another electrical company. They were unable to locate the problem. Affordable Electric took the time to trace the source of the power to the plug. Located the problem and made the repair.

very pleased - I feel so much better having the lights professionally installed; the dining room fixture had a broken stem for one of the lights when it was unpacked and he was able to figure out how to fix it which saved me from having to take it back to the store for a new one. Very reasonable pricing - will work with again on future proects.

arrived on time, gave a fixed estimate, did the work when scheduled and charged me the price he quoted. he did not clean up very well. there was a lot of dust.

He arrived on time for the appointment, did the installation, cleaned up afterward and I could not be happier with his work. The State HCD inspector had said it would be about $700 and Phino charged me $675. Afterward, Inspector said he did a "perfect job, exactly what had to be done." I will definitely use him to do all future electrical work and have already recommended him to several friends.

I liked him so much I have hired him to do the electrical upgrade. He was the most thorough in inspecting what had to be done, very personable and honest. His quote for the panel upgrade was even less than what the HCD inspector had said I could expect, and price for the breakers and other parts were exactly what the inspector said they would be. I have hired him to do the upgrade when the permit is issued and will report back when it is done.

I called and Phino answered. I asked if he could make a service call and he said he would be at my home in 20 minutes. He arrived in less than 15 minutes. He surveyed the situation and had to leave to go purchase this special breaker, he returned and knocked on the door to let me know he was back. After replacing the breaker he determined the breaker wasn't the problem but the GFI breaker. I happened to have a GFI on hand so he replaced it. I paid Phino the amount he quoted and he left. Phino was friendly, business-like, and confident in his ability to fix the problem. I would call him again.

Phino was perfectly punctual, arriving at 8 am exactly as promised, on a Saturday morning. He completed the work very quickly, including the trip up into the crawl space to install the brace for the fan. He was very pleasant and personable, answering all of my questions. He provided estimates for additional work I am considering. He also noticed a hum that was caused by the dimmer switch that controlled this light/fan--he offered to replace it with a simple on/off switch and did so, for only $10 additional. I was very satisfied with the work--we love our new fan--and I will definitely be calling him in the future.

Phino is just one of the nicest people you can imagine. He came over within 20 minutes of my call and not only dealt with the problem socket (it was all black and creepy-looking) but realized that the real problem was one socket over. He replaced that, too, then checked other sockets and tightened them down or replaced the plates. Everything has been perfect since. I can't think of a single reason why you wouldn't call Phino when you have electric work.

THESE MEN WERE VERY HONEST WITH US. WE WERE WORRIED THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH THE WIRING, BUT THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO LOOK EVERYTHING OVER. THEY TOLD US THAT IT WAS ONLY THE SWITCH THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT.
