They were great. They are a family-owned business, it seems like. He showed up on time for the initial appointment. It was a two-person crew that came out. They called us when they were running late. They had a lot of other services to provide. They were able to remove the tree within maybe two hours. It was great.

I live over 50 miles away and everything was handled via phone and email. Kim was very responsive and both myself and my tenants are very happy with the work.

Waraner Tree Experts did an outstanding job!! I am very pleased with their work and interaction. Overall, I had a great customer experience!! I called their main office to schedule an appointment, I got through to Kim right away. I asked for a same day estimate appointment due to my busy schedule hoping they would be able to accommodate but felt ok if they didn't. Kim told me she had to follow up with her consultant and that she would get back to me. A few minutes later, I receive a call from Kim confirming my afternoon appointment with Dustin. He showed up on time and was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He didn't just come by and write me up an estimate, he listened to me, my plans and gave me very positive and straight-forward feedback, suggestions and provided a full consultation. He was in and out fairly quickly and left me with a very reasonable estimate, itemizing all the services individually and their cost. He was not pushy at all and was very friendly about the estimate and told me to just contact them whenever I was ready. I went out and got 2 other estimates. They were both higher than Waraner Tree Experts plus, they weren't going to complete the same amount of work. Due to the estimate amount that Waraner Tree Experts quoted along with my positive interaction with Dustin, my Wife and I pulled the trigger. The crew came by on the scheduled service day, on-time and ready to work. They completed the large project all in one day and worked very efficiently. All work that was discussed was completed, they also went above and beyond by helping out do a little more around the yard. They did a great job. I highly recommend Waraner Tree Experts. They were very prompt on providing a quote and their quote was competitive. The guy who came out was knowledgeable. They did an excellent job at an excellent price. They were very well organized. Everything seemed to be in control and was on time.

It was great. Kim set up the estimate immediately, and Dustin came out for the estimate and was knowledgeable and approachable. I had the work set up within one week and the crew showed up early on a Saturday morning and finished the work on all four trees in three hours. Mauricio and his crew worked quickly, efficiently, and precisely. Considering that it is winter, my trees look amazing. And I've already recommended the Waraners to a friend.

They arrived on time, took care in pruning the mulberry tree and removed many small and two large privets. The oak tree that was removed was leaning toward our neighbors house and hanging over their roof. They took great care in the surronding area. They cleaned up both in our yard, the neighbor's yard and the area around the drive way where they had the chipper. I would hire them again, as they were professional and their bid was very competitive.

Everything was marvelous. They were at our house 1 day after contacting them to give a free estimate. After we agreed to the contract they were at our home in 2-3 business days. They knew exactly where to cut and we are happy with them. The trees look stunning. They are reasonably priced. If I had more trees I would contact them!

It was great. They did a very nice job. They were very careful. They did exactly what we wanted. We would use them again. The initial contact was great and the fellows who came to do the would were great as well.

It turned out really well. They did a good job. They were very professional. They turned up on time, as they promised to do. They came by and gave me a very professional estimate.

They did a great job. The had a reasonable quote compared to other estimates. It was exactly what they had quoted. He was a good communicator. it was right on time. They cleaned up well.

It was extremely difficult to get them to do an estimate. I spent maybe four weeks making calls trying to have them get back to me. I found out the best way to communicate with them was online. I gave them my information by email and they said they wold come out, but they never did and said they had something else to do. Then, a week and a half later, they finally came out and gave me an estimate which was detailed but pricey. I'm not thinking of using other companies.

Overall, they came out and did a fantastic job. The crew consisted of a lead guy and 2 other workers. I wasn't aware that Dustin (the owner) would not be there on that day; however, the lead guy was nice and very efficient. He started out the day by walking around with me, going over the estimate, and making sure that we both expected the same things to be done. At the end of the day, we walked through the yards again and he showed me everything that they had done. My husband and I were happy with the job. My husband wanted one of the trees that was cut down to be taken down further, Dustin came back to check it out, and told us that we needed to get the fence repaired first, and then they would be happy to cut more of the trunk if necessary. We were happy with Dustin's quick action!

Kim and her team were FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Waraner Tree Service to anyone in the Bay Area.

I got three estimates for the work. The primary focus was removing the pines which were a potential source of danger. Waraner's quote came in far below the other services. The work was done as promised with a high degree of professionalism. All tree debris was removed and the yard, deck, patio, and driveway were left cleaner than they were before the work began.

They did an excellent job. The trees look wonderful. They cleaned up fairly well. By trimming our trees, we have more light and sky over our yard now.

These guys did a great job and their quality of work was excellent. My only complaint was that they did not clean up quite as well as I would have liked them to. The people that came out were professional and very easy to work with.
