They have always done a fantastic job. We use them because they are very conscientous of our property and the neighbors. They completely covered the pool and protected the fountain so neither would be damaged. Again a great job by Waraner.

Everything went smoothly and as promised.

Within a couple of days they had someone out to get an estimate, Friday I asked for them to trim the tree and they came out the next Monday. They were fine with only doing a part of the estimate, they made and did the work quickly and beautifully. We will likely ask them to come out again.

Great response times from Kim, Dustin and crew. Thorough estimate and easy to schedule a time for them to come out. The crew was very methodical in their approach to addressing our two Oak's (blue & live) to be trimmed after going a long time with no maintenance. Only ran the chippers a couple times through the day instead of all day, neighbors really appreciated that! The only issue was some trash left behind by the crew from lunch, which wasn't a big deal at all. Great crew, great work and will do business with in the future!

I've been using him for about six years. I know they'll do a good job and clean up. They're a little pricey, but I think that's because he's an arborist. His workers seem to know what they're doing. When I call them, they return calls promptly. You talk to a person. A husband and wife own the business.

They were prompt and very polite and nice. They did great work. We would use them again and have told friends about them already.

They did a very good job. They were very precise; it was very clear as to what they were intending to do. Sometimes, we think that we have got one kind of a bid and it turns out to be something else. They were very accurate with their bid and very specific on the bid sheet. If we don’t like what they do, they come back and correct it. They moved some things to get better access. They didn’t move all of them back, but when I called them they came out the very next day and corrected it all. I would very highly recommend them. They were very professional with what they did. They did follow the bid as to what they said.

As far as we have gone they deserve an A+

Pruned as requested. Team of 3 were punctual and friendly, especially lead person, Jose. Excellent cleanup of all areas. Also coordinated with neighbors for cleanup of debris that fell in their yards. Will definitely use them again and recommend them for an excellent job.

It was just after a large rain storm and the purple plum tree in my front yard was leaning precariously towards my house. Since I live in an attached home, I was worried that the tree branches would eventually snap and cause damage to my neighbor's side of the property. I called around to a bunch of different arborists provided by Angie's List, including a large-named company, but my call was either never returned, the arborist was too slammed with other emergencies, or the quotes were ridiculously high. I finally landed on Waraner Tree Experts and I'm so glad that I did. Kim and Dustin were so incredibly helpful and the quote was unbelievably lower than the quotes I had received. I was at work when they arrived to begin the tree trimming so I wasn't able to supervise any of the work (I'm a bit of a control freak with a touch of OCD). But when I arrived home at the end of the day, I was so impressed with how well everything turned out. The trees were perfectly trimmed, my yard was immaculate and there was no evidence of ever having any work done (it was cleaner than when I left that day), and my neighbor was happy as well (they had to access her yard to get to part of the backyard tree). I'm so happy with the work that was completed that I've given their information out to my neighbors and friends.

Dustin told me they would arrive between 7:30 and 8:30am - Dustin called at 8am to let me know they were on their way and gave me the name of the job supervisor. He also wished me a good morning and told me to have a great day. The guys showed up on time. They were personable and friendly. The job took several hours (from 8:30am until around 2:30pm). They cleaned up the work site and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The only issue is that during the stump grinding one of my plants got a bit trampled and covered with the mulch but I am sure it was due to the close proximity of the plant to the tree stump. This is not a deal breaker to me because this plant has probably seen better days anyway. I would recommend them as they were responsive, reasonable, on-time, thorough and exceeded my expectations for price and quality. I also used the coupon from the Val-Pak mailer and received $100.00 off the services provided.

I reviewed a few tree experts and all came up with the same recommendation. Waraner's price was actually a bit higher (about 10%) than the other company I considered, but I was impressed by the professionalism of Dustin Waraner, especially his thoroughness in explaining the job and especially the cleanup (including the neighbor's deck, if necessary) that would be performed. The followup, scheduling, and the job itself was painless: the worker was on time and finished within a couple of hours, and all clean up, etc., performed as promised.

I used Waraner Tree Experts long before I joined Angie's List, but I was so happy with there service that I'm glad I found them here so that I can write a great review! My first contact with Warner Tree Experts was with Kim who set up an appointment for a visit in order to generate a quote. A visit was done and they quickly sent me a quote which I felt was very reasonable. The work that needed to be done was to trim a huge mess of trees away from the power drop to our house and to remove several small, dead trees. The crew showed up on time on the appointment date and got to work. When I got home from work that night, they had cleaned up so well that I didn't know they had been there. The crew did a fantastic job! The trees were nicely trimmed away from the lines without being hacked. It was great to see such care go into trimming trees! The next time I need tree service, I'll call Waraner Tree Experts!

It went beautifully from beginning to end! I called for an appointment, which was made quickly and courteously by Kim, and Dustin followed up with a visit to see my trees and give me advice on what to do. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and I felt confident in his advice. The price he quoted was around some other estimates I was given, but his included the grinding out of the stump and new tree, so I felt that I received the best value for my money with them. Once I decided to go with them, their team was out within a week and did all the work within about 5-6 hours. I already had permission from my back fence neighbor to go over and clean up any branches that fell into his yard, since the pine tree had overhanging branches there, but didn't have to - these people were amazing! I thought they'd just go up and start cutting, but it was like watching choregraphy. They would wrap branches with ropes and guide them to where they should land. Nothing ever touched my neighbor's yard! They were also careful with my existing plants, moving the ones in harm's way and replanting them when they were finished. I have a few ongoing questions with the new tree and they are still helping with that. Many thanks to Dustin and Kim and their crew; I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

Dustin was professional from the moment he showed up. We obtained two other quotes, one had been recommended and he didn't even show up when he was supposed to and then never called. Dustin gave us a very fair quote.Waraner removed two ~80-100' blue gum eucalyptus that sat about 20' off of the front of our home. This was an excellent job, finishing in ~6-7 hours for both. They cleaned everything up and not one thing was damaged, not even the surrounding plants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We have been dealing with these trees and other services for years-these guys are the best, the crew was great and courteous and I am even recommending to my neighbors.Clean up job fabulous. In fact, I am so impressed I am writing this as they are finishing the clean up right now.

I found them on Angie's List. Mostly, we chose them because they were listed on Angie's List. They were very professional. We called and got an answer. The guy came and did the work next day. He was punctual and quick to respond. He was very responsive. I would recommend them to other people. I didn't get quotes from anybody else. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive one, that's my hunch.

The workers arrived on time, were professional, and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed.
