Description of Work: Rene's was called to check out a tenant reported leak in the plumbing at a rental house that I own. When the plumber got there he inspected and tested the upstairs bathroom tub and sink areas. He called me to let me know there was no leak and nothing needed to be repaired. He said the tenant just needed to be more careful to avoid shower spray from getting around the shower curtain. He spoke to the tenant about being more aware of this issue. I was not charged for a service call and I will plan on using Rene's in the future based on their honesty and not trying to charge me for work that was not needed.

Description of Work: we have used this vendor three times. we were extremely pleased with each call. Replaced three faucets and fixed leaking cut off to washing machine and also replaced hoses. Installed new cut off valve to house and fixed leaking shower. All jobs were accomplished in a minimum amount of time. Plumber was prompt, neat and friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend this vendor.
