Art showed up on time and got right to fixing the problem. It as a blown fuse on one of my HVAC units. He replaced the fuse and checked over all of my HVAC units to make sure they were working correctly. This included an inspection, cleaning of the condensation lines, checking the freon levels and air temperature.

They always take care of our plumbing needs and know what they are doing.

They were superb. Not only did he install a new faucet for us in the kitchen, he straightened out the faucets in our bathroom that were a bit crooked at no extra cost. He showed up on time, and was very honest and fair priced.

Shower was backing up especially when sink nearby was also running for any length of time. A different provider had been out and said it was a main line stoppage, refused to even attempt to run a snake in the drain, and said it would cost us a fair amount to fix. Called Rene's Plumbing to see if they would do the work we originally thought we needed and they showed up within an hour a half of my call. The tech determined it was NOT a main line issue and was able to clear the drains in about an hour and for a lot less than we had been quoted elsewhere. He took care to not make a mess under the sink while he was working. He also pointed out an additional issue with our sink that we will need to address but no pressure to have them perform the work. Very satisfied with the work, the professionalism, and the fast service.

It was great. They were in and out. They came within 15 minutes of calling them. They were very efficient.

They arrived on time and worked fairly fast and cleanly. In a couple of days after the work was done, we noticed that the water supply line in the bathroom had been reversed, so hot was cold and cold was hot. I also found that my new floor tile around the toilet had been cracked when the toilet was set, the faucets in the kitchen that had leaked were now turning on and off in complete reverse to what they had. additionally we found that the toilet that needed the seat replaced had been cracked and now was leaking. I thought I should call them back to fix what they had done or not done, but decided that at least two of the items ( the cracked tile and the cracked toilet) would have had to be known when they were doing the job, and nothing was mentioned to me. I felt that they either did the best job they could, or didn't know how to do a better job. I never called them and complained.

He was really good. He seemed very knowledgable and was a hard worker.

They delivered. I have used them for repairs but not for complete replacement. They knew what they were doing. Their price was reasonable. I would use him in the future.

Art knew right away what the problem was and explained it to us. He and Ed repaired the problem in less than half an hour and the hot water was back to normal. I know some plumbers would have told us we needed a new water heater, but Art said the water heater was in good shape and a simple repair would take of the problem at a minimal cost to us. I have used Rene Plumbing Repair several times in the past and have always been100% satisfied.

I called Renes Plumbing and Heating early in the morning to schedule air conditioning repair. Angie's List had them highly rated and a friend had previously used them and was satisfied. Based on that I made the earliest appointment available, 2 p.m. and stayed home from work to ensure their access. By 2:40 p.m. a repairman had not shown up and there was no phone call indicating there was a problem or they were running late, a common courtesy. I called their office and was told they lost or misplaced the work order and the repairman was now on another job and would not be able to make any more repairs that day. - period. Office Manager did not apologize or ask if I wanted to reschedule. Most top notch service companies would have apologized, asked to reschedule first thing in the morning, if that was convenient, offer to make up for their scheduling error by discounting the service or dropping the house call charge. Something to indicate they were sorry and this was not how they do business. After all, I had lost a days pay waiting for them to show up and if I had not called to inquire where the repairman was, I'd still be waiting for him to show up. Instead the Office Manager had a very matter of fact attitude. This was how it is and too bad if you don't like it She said this does not happen often and I had to realize she had been very busy that day. Almost like it was may fault for calling and disrupting her day. If it does not happen often that means that it does happen. Shouldn't they take steps to minimize it happening and compensate inconvenienced customers when it does? If not that, then at least apologize and lose the attitude. So I can't speak about their actual repair service because they never showed up to do it. But I can say they definitely do not act professionally, nor are they responsive or punctual.

Major water leak under cement slab. In one day, two men re-routed the water pipe 56 feet through the garage, up the garage wall through attic, cut 7 holes in various walls that was repaired perfectly. The plumbing was completed in one day and very little mess, they told me it wouldn't. They cleaned up completely and did not leave until the job was completed.

Art made it out to our house in record time, had all the parts on hand, and fixed it up in less than an hour. Thanks a bunch! Wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Art came quickly and was very courteous. He explained why the angle stop we had was leaking and quickly change the two lines out.

Arrived on time. Told us we did not need repairs to a suspected leak in outside valve. Repaired all other leaks and installed disposer. Very satisfied.

Rene got things done in a professional and timely manner. Nothing to complain about.

It was excellent. I give them an A score. We had to coordinate with the tile man that was doing the tiling work on the bathroom remodel. So Rene had to come out twice, one to do some basic work and one to do some final finishing up with the fixtures. Every time they were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. Everything worked out fine and we had no problems whatsoever with what they did. We were totally satisfied.

He identified the appropriate opening to clear the clog and solved the problem. The pump was more difficult because of the faucet system which had a water purifier with it and hadn't been installed correctly. He had to come back the next day because the pump was not doing the job. It was a challenge to figure out why, but he did and was able to make the necessary adjustments for the pump to work. There was no extra charge for this. He was friendly and professional in his manner throughout the whole time and determined to find out the cause of the problem and solve it.

We had a water leak within the wall, but not sure of the source. Rene's checked possible causes and found a break in the sink drain pipe joint where the roof vent connected. They repaired the broken piping and did a very good quality job. They were on time, professional, and explained exactly what the problem was and what they would do to fix it. We have used Rene's Plumbing several times in the past and always have been happy with their work.
