The estimator, Phil Johnson, showed up on time to give us an estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. The estimate was emailed to us 3 days later (over the week-end). The crew arrived on time (actually early) and did a SUPERB job. Phil Johnson was there to organize the workers and he also came back at the end when the job was almost completed. We were very pleased with the results and certainly will use this company again. One little problem was that the original estimate did not include the 10% discount coupon for being an Angies List member. When I called the office and spoke with Jessica, I was told that this coupon was good ONLY for FIRST TIME customers. We had used TreePro before. I questioned why this was not made clear on the Angies List page. I called Phil Johnson (the estimator) and he said he would check with the owner (?). We were finally given the 10% discount and received a revised estimate. If there is NO discount for return customers, it should be made clear on Angies' list. . It seems that a business would want to give the discount to return customers.

Phil arrived the same day we called and gave us and estimate, including a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member. We approved the estimate, and scheduled the crew's visit. Within a week, the crew arrived as scheduled, they were very professional, and completed all of the work to our satisfaction. They even removed all of the leaves that were scattered around, and when they were done you could hardly tell there was even a tree in that location of the yard (except for the stump grindings we had them leave for mulch for the garden). Overall we a very impressed with the company and highly recommend it to others.

Their price was very competitive, and their service was incredibly inclusive meaning they do more than just removal. I found that other companies weren’t able to accommodate services outside of removal. They were very responsive to my initial call, and I think their work turned out well. The only draw back was that it took them about 2 or 3 weeks to plant the replacement tree after removing my palm, and I felt that their communication during this time was fairly poor. However, that being said I would recommend them to others.

Trees Pro was an awesome company to deal with. The staff was very professional and friendly. After they were finished with the work they cleaned up after themselves nicely. I thought there prices were very reasonable. Tree Pro’s was very responsive as soon as I could have them out they came out. He was very honest and trusting. I didn’t have to pay anything up. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again.

Everything turned out just with Tree Pros. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. The only minor issue I did have was it took them a little while to come back and grind the stumps down. Other than that I didn’t have any problems with them. I thought there prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone and would consider using them in the future.

They did a great job of taking out some very tall trees and trimming the one that we did keep.

Their website indicates that you can request a quote through email so I took some photos and sent them by email with a description of the job so they wouldn't have to come out. They did give me an estimate based on that after some time. The trouble is that I am still waiting on them to come out and do the work. I probably wouldn't consider them again because I'm sure they could do the work but I can probably find someone that is more prompt.

They had some really good recommendations on Angie's List but when they got out here they kind of told me how they were going to do it and not what I wanted done. There was a lot of unfinished work because they didn't have the availability of their bucket truck so it took about three weeks to get it resolved. It was annoying and I will not use them again in the future.

Company was very friendly, gave me many options for my estimate, I didn't even have to be home for a representative to look at the work to be done. The only reason I didn't go with this company was that their price was too high. All other aspects were good though.

. I found them on Angies list. They did a very good thorough job. They are cheerful and very neat at the end of the job. I will use them in the future.

We first contacted the Tree Pros a month ago about removing a full grown Willow tree in our back yard. They gave us a fair estimate and told us to let them know when we wanted them to come out. We called them on the morning of Thursday 6/2, and they said they could come out the very next morning. We agreed and went on our way. That same evening around 7pm we decided that we just couldn't bring ourselves to take out a tree older than ourselves just because we had to rake up leaves now and again, so we called and left a message after hours asking if they could just do a trimming instead. Sure enough, Phil (the owner, I believe) called me at 8:30pm, from his cell phone, ensuring me that it would be no problem to do a trimming instead of full removal. The next day he came out, gave me a fair estimate, and had his men do a fantastic job of trimming the tree down. I highly recommend using this business if you're looking to do anything tree related on your property. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. The fact that they allowed me to change my mind at 7pm the night before they were going to come out shows how far they are willing to go to ensure their customers are happy. Their payment process is also a piece of cake, as you have the option of calling into the office with a credit card, or even paying online through a safe and secure form. Two thumbs up, A+, and five stars.

We spent about $600 on that service. They were professional and on time. They cut up and hauled away all the waste. The one thing was that it took me a couple of phone calls to actually have them do a bid on the job. The first time they did a bid for me they just submitted a piece of paper and we did not have a chance to talk to anyone, so we had them come back out and explain to us what they were going to do. They did everything we wanted them to do and actually better.

Overall, everything went well. I would use them again.

Went very well overall. Did an excellent job of pruning a large fruitless mulberry tree, from top to bottom. Removed 5 or 6 large branches that were overhanging power, phone lines and house. Also did an outstanding job of shaping. Removed all the debris including sawdust.

Their estimator Phil Johnson was especially wonderful to work with. He knew so much about every tree and its pruning needs. He asked if I were satisfied with the job and sent the crew back to further prune two trees I felt needed it. The other bid I got for the job was about $1000 higher.

I had a great experience w/Tree Pros. Phil came out and gave me an estimate which I considered a fair price, although I really hadn't had other estimates. Phil is easy to work with as far as scheduling, etc. The day of the work went without any hitches. Both the fellows who came out were easy to talk to regarding the work process, etc. They were on time (actually a little early, but that was fine by me), responsive, polite, respectful, Left work areas clean and without any brush, twigs, or clutter. I would recommend Tree Pros to anyone looing for a great experience w/a fine company.

The company gave me outstanding service. I got an estimate and the office personnel scheduled the tree removal. There was a hard storm on the day of the service so I received a call indicating that the job needed to be rescheduled. I needed the trees removed so I could keep my appointment for a new fence in that area on the next day,Tuesday. I called and Phil answered my call. He was on another job, but told me that somehow he would remove the trees on Monday. My job was small and in about 30 minutes, he and another worker showed up and removed the two small trees ground the stumps and hauled away the rubbish. He said he would have to trim the orange tree later. About 4PM three workeras came and trimmed the orange tree and cleaned up and hauled away the branches. I was very happy with the service!

They took out the tree, cut it up, and took it away. They also ground the stump and left it pretty much looking like there had never been a try there. They responded quickly to my request, they came out within an hour even thought it was late in the day to give me an estimate, and they were here the next morning to take care of the job. They were done within an hour or an hour and a half. I was pleased.

The bid occurred on time and Phil was helpful in discussing what did and did not need to be done. The work crew was polite and did nice work and spotless cleanup. Will use again.

Dan made some suggestions with drainage, but told me to wait until I'd lived in my home for a year so I could see how the effectively the rain drains. I was impressed since he could have told me I needed to make expensive alterations to my current drainage system immediately. Also, I had some redwood trees that I felt were too close to the fence which Dan confirmed, but explained that they would probably die if they were moved. I will be calling this company for my future pruning needs as well as any other problems that my arise.

They arrived on the day scheduled a little before our scheduled time. They were very professional and courteous and set about to work as soon as they arrived. There was a "foreman" on the job that was directing the tree trimmers and they did a remarkable job. Both my trees are very beautiful now and and the trim work they did looks very professional. The whole job took approximately two hours and the yard was clean of any and all debris. They were able to work within the confines of working on my busy street. I have a lot of traffic going past my house and even with the large truck they were able to maneuver the equipment so that it did not block the traffic. I know my trees are healthier now and will continue to thrive for many, many years to come. Tree Pros gave me the best estimate from other companies I had called and they did a top rate expert job. I would recommend them anytime.

They did a good job. We didn't have any problems. We were glad to get the Angie's List discount. They had four workers and they were working very diligently.

They returned my phone call right away, showed up when they said they would and did what they set out to do. They did a great job.
