Description of Work: They obtained county permit as one of the oak trees was a valley oak (It took the county over 3 weeks until Tree Pro's confronted them). They did dead wood/canopy cleaning, weight reduction and clearing branches out of adjacent spaces and neighbors buildings. Trimmings raked up and chipped and removed.

Description of Work: I was pleased with tree pro's when they trimmed trees in my back neighbors yard that were hanging over in my yard. Clean up could have been a little better. Lots of sawdust left behind & some misc branches left in limbs that I actually called them back to take down. This is the negative part of their job ~ They still haven't taken care of it. I had to call back twice to ask them what was going on with this. I'm still waiting after 3 weeks have gone by. Arborist said he was researching the issue as to why the branched are turning brown. This is fine but I think they just put me on the back burner. I'm not pleased its taking so long to get this done !

Description of Work: When I first called and left a message around the first of the month for an estimate, no one ever called back. So on Monday the 9th I called again and they said someone should by that day and they would email me the estimate in a couple days. Well here is the 14th and no email or return call. I can get the "good" service anywhere and am not sure why I am paying Angies list for it.

Description of Work: I called this company on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 and set up an appointment for the estimator to come to my home in West Sacramento. The receptionist informed me that I did not need to be present, that someone would come by toward the end of the week, perform the estimate and sent it to me via email. By Tuesday, November 6th I hadn't received any email, so I called the office at 9:00 a.m and left a message for them to return my call with an update. I have never heard back from this company. I can only assume they do not need my business.

Description of Work: TreePro removed 2 trees and ground one of the stumps. There were 2 crews that came to complete the process. The entire job took less than 30 minutes to complete. All branches were removed; any remaining leaves swept and a leaf blower to get any remaining refuse cleaned. The supervisor also provided excellent information to us that ultimately may have saved us from a possible disastrous situation. As with most tree stumps most homeowners would use a stump killer or salt. However, TreePro advised us that we could impact the integrity of the remaining trees which could weaken them and could result in the tree possibly falling resulting in possible home damage.

Description of Work: They took out a large tree. They ground up all the limbs, and left the stump. Trimmed up and took down a tiny tree. They ground up some other tree limbs.They moved some logs.

Description of Work: Requested pruning of 2 trees in front yard, and 3 in back yard. Crew did an excellent job with the Mimosa tree in front, but the remaining trees loooked like nothing had been done AT ALL! Neighbor said crew was here less than 20 minutes and the only visible work done was 1 limb cut from Japanese maple. Cherry tree looks wild with 2 lone branches shooting several feet into the air. Had brother in law (Landscape Architect) evaluate and he said the same.
