Description of Work: The contractor involved performed all my requests with skill and attention to detail. My property was secure and no damage was done to my property. The contractor was friendly and professional and he discussed all work with me. The finished job looks amazing and will stand up to all nature has to throw at it. I am very satisfied with the job done by Reliable and their employees.

Description of Work: Put in a new 15 x 15 awning in my backyard, they put in a small amount of insulation in my attic, they also put in some beautiful cement curved steps in my backyard off of my French doors.

Description of Work: RHI consturcted a new driveway for my primary residence. The staff was very friendly. The job was completed in one day and the work area was left clean. The actual driveway is very nice looking and it appears that the materials are of good quality. I would recommend RHI to any person interested in replacing a driveway.

Description of Work: We have an older home (1971) that needed new paint, gutters, down spouts, and some dry rot repair. The work was complete on time and to my expectations. They throughly prepped the whole house and even worked around the fact that I work from home and was continually having to go in and out of the home. The painters were quick but detailed and very friendly. The gutter crew ran into a few problems but quickly resolved them without having to get me involved. Once the work was finished the site was cleaned up and left better than they found it. If you are looking to have work done around your home I recommend giving them a call to see what they can do for you.

Description of Work: Demo and removed two brick planting beds, front step and two short walkways. Installed a new coloredconcrete porch and walkways, relocated the irrigation valves, installed a new outdoor electrical outlet and replaced the electric wiring out to the driveway lamp that was exposed by the work. Everyone impressed me with their skill and knowledge, and more their pride in the quality of their work. There were 2 delays, one due to bad weather and one due to a broken piece of equiment but they rescheduled as quickly as possible.

Painted the dining room, living room and entry | |The redesign eliminated four existing cabinets over a peninsula to open up the kitchen. Space-saving features and the configuration of the new cabinetry allowed us to not only return everything that had been in the old cabinets to the new cabinets, but also made it possible to include items we had been storing in the garage. All of this was done within the original footprint. | |In effect, our entire downstairs was under construction. As everyone was so responsive and courteous, the upheaval was bearable, and the results were incredibly positive. Consequently, we would do this again with Reliable in a heartbeat. | |A special mention goes to Bob, the cabinet-maker. He is even more meticulous than we are and accepts nothing less than perfection. Bob promised us excellent cabinets. But instead, he provided us kitchen "furniture". The cherry-on-top in the kitchen is Bob's custom illuminated, glass cabinet for display of china. | |Companies are often judged by the way they perform their tasks; the more perfectly they perform them, the better they are. Sometimes a better judge is how they respond when things go awry. In the case of Reliable, we learned two things. The first was the expression, "its construction", meaning that things will not always go as planned occasionally, even with the best of intent. The second thing we learned was that this company really is "reliable". They genuinely want to please the customer and provide the best possible product. If a problem occurs, they respond quickly and resolve the issue to the customer's complete satisfaction. | |Was the execution of our project always flawless? No. Did Reliable respond to resolve issues and ensure that the end result was just about perfect? Yes. Overall they did an exemplary job. Their concern for providing outstanding customer satisfaction turned a good job into an outstanding one. | |Kathy, "Uncle" Shawn, and Ryan led a team, all of whom were very good at what they do, with Gabe, George, and Chad deserving particular mention for their diligence. The whole team and company seemed genuine in their desire to live up to their motto, "We want you to be happy." and they certainly achieved that with us. They walk the walk. Description of Work: They took off all the wood on the outside of my house and put stucco on. And they also put new gutters on. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with everything. |

Description of Work: Kitchen remodel; cabinet faces, counters, backsplash, new cabinet interior and hardware, new LED lighting, other cosmetic work in kitchen and adjacent dining room.

Description of Work: Tore out old lighting box in two bathroom and textured. This was a good job. They painted Master Bathroom and water closet along with small hall bath.

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of the house. They also replaced gutters and put gutter covers on them. Then enclosed the windows in our porch area to eliminate the windows, replace it with the wood to match the exterior, completed the inside with sheetrock, and painted to match. They also put in energy efficient windows in the front, replaced the front door, and fixed the back slider door that had been left from a previous contractor.
