We contacted Mike, after finding him on Angie's List, and set up an appointment to remove an old entertainment unit. We had to cancel because of a conflict with another appointment and he was very accommodating and set another time. He was punctual, courteous and helpful. We were very happy we found him and would definitely recommend his services.

Thanks to Mike, I finally got rid of a hot tub that was never hooked up! It was left in the backyard by the former owners of my home. It had been an eyesore to me for the four years I have lived here. Mike and his assistant showed up on time with the right equipment to remove the hot tub in one piece - if possible. The size of the hot tub was not an issue, so luckily they didn't have to saw it into pieces. It only took them about 20 minutes get the job done as it's not easy to move something that big. I have an RV side gate to the backyard, so there were no complications in getting it out and loaded into their truck whatsoever. Both Mike and his assistant were friendly and polite. I would definitely hire Mike's Junk Hauling if I ever need junk hauled away again! Thanks Mike and crew for a job well done!

Mike responded when another vendor failed to show up for an appointment. Mike was here within the hour, offered a fair price, completed the job quickly and was friendly and professional.

Mike was perfect. When I called him on the phone he was prompt answering the phone. He showed up on time. Hauled away the furniture and was very careful not to scratch my floors, walls and door. I would recommend him again.

So last fall we had a huge eucalyptus (over 100 ft tall) cut down, the company cut it into "firewood size" pieces, but we had to split it. We split as much as we could by ourselves, and still had tons of the tree left, much is very large pieces (didn't even fit in the hydraulic log splitter). So I finally got around to calling to find someone to get rid of the rest of it. After talking with a few different hauling companies, Mike gave me the best price per trailer load, and his trailer was a larger size then others that I'd talked to. So he scheduled us on a Sunday. He told us he usually a tree will fit in one, but that he couldn't make it down to my area just to do an estimate. Mike showed up the day, on time, and with another worker to help him. He took a look at all the wood and told us he was quoting us right there and then for two loads, and because it was multiple loads I'd get a discounted price per load. Then he said if he's wrong and it actually takes three loads, that they would still do it for the price of two because that's what he is quoting for the job. They got to work, did an amazing job considering how much and how heavy everything was, and were very friendly as well! I would absolutely recommend then to anyone who needs a similar job done. Very responsive to my emails. I live in the foothills and none of the junk haulers I called would drive that far - and it's not really that far (about 30 miles from Sacramento). Mike & his assistant showed up on a Sunday and on time. They were both professional, friendly and efficient. In no time, they had my junk in their truck and were on their way. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

Mike and his crew showed up on time and started work immediately. They were careful yet highly effective. Job went exactly as advertised. Mike and his crew were polite, hard working and personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. We discussed possible future hauling jobs. We are in process of renovating yard and would definately use Mikes' service again.

Finally got tired of looking at the pile of brick and concrete that was created after we removed an old wall in our backyard. Mike was the second hauling company I contacted to get an estimate for removal - the first scheduled an appointment for me a week and half-out but I really wanted to get rid of my junk this weekend so I called Mike's to see if they could accomodate my schedule. No one answered my phone call, but I was greeted by a voice message that directed me to leave my name and number. About 30 mins later I got a call from Mike who said he would be working in my area the next morning and he would swing by to give an estimate for removal. The next morning Mike arrived within the scheduled time and quoted me a very fair price for the removal of a semi-largish pile of heavy concrete, brick, flagstone, misc. stone rubble, as well as an old area carpet and satellite dish.Since he already had an appointment in the area, he said he'd be back within an hour or two to finish the job. An hour and half later he was back with two employees to start the job. They were very thorough in their work and had the job done within the hour. I was very impressed and very happy to be rid of the junk in my backyard. Mike even went the extra mile and helped remove a poured concrete slab that once house an old a/c unit in my backyard. This was a very heavy piece of concrete which I managed to pry from the soil with a very large crobar, however I was unable to lift it from its place. I asked Mike how much extra it would cost for him and employees to take this piece of concrete away and he said he'd do it as part of the original quote! I was very impressed with the service I received from Mike's hauling. I am already thinking about the next concrete removal job I'd like them to do for me! I enthusiastically recommend this business to anyone looking for a hauling service.

From the beginning I was happy I chose Mike's Junk Hauling. He answered on the first ring and was very polite. He was accommodating with my schedule, in fact, he would have come the next day but it didn't fit into my schedule. He asked how much needed to be moved and the approximate size so he could quote me an accurate price. I was surprised that the price was as quoted because I added on a few items I missed. He arrived within the time frame given. He had me walkthrough the house to pick out the items I wanted to have removed and double checked to make sure he understood my request. Mike took his time with the removal, he didn't scratch the walls or any of the furniture still left in the house. He didn't even seem impatient when I kept getting in the way! At the job completion, Mike suggested a final walkthrough with him to make sure he didn't miss anything or take anything I wanted to stay. When finished, he shook my hand and wished me a good day. I would definitely recommend Mike's Junk Hauling because of his professionalism, his politeness, and desire to do the job right! Mike did great work, In fact, I plan to schedule another appointment for the garage!

I spoke with Mike on the phone two weeks prior to the hauling job. He stated it would cost $130 per load and thought it would be about two loads. Mike and his partner arrived on time on the scheduled date and were personable. After looking at the concrete debris he estimated 3 loads, therefore, he left to get his dump truck so only one trip to the landfill would be necessary, which saved me $50.00. In addition to the concrete and damaged bricks to be hauled away, Mike and his partner, upon my request, sorted out the good bricks and stacked them neatly to the side. The job took a couple of hours and was done neatly.

He was rude. He told me I had to put everything in the corner and if I had to do that, why would I need him. He said he did not have time for that and I would never use him again. He had already loaded it and when he handed me the bill I told him it was expensive and he told me, “look lady, I could have all of that unloaded back” and since I was expecting guests, I didn’t want it lying around in my yard, so of course I paid, just to be done with it. I tried telling him that we could probably work something out for another time I would need the service and he said, “Look lady, I don’t have time, I got to go”.

Mike and his crew were able to remove the trash at the time of his estimate. He and his crew were polite and professional. I plan to use them again..

Mike is great! I will definately rceommend and use him again! I don't think you will beat his prices and prompt attention to the job. I called Mike yesterday about hauling all my empty moving boxes and paper as well as a ridiculous amount of junk that was left at the house I just bought and moved in to. He gave me a ballpark estimate on the phone and said he could be out today between 8-9am. He was here withing that time frame and in less than 2 hours, he had everything loaded in his truck and trailer. Goodbye junk! He did a great job and was extremely professional! Thanks Mike!!!!

Mike and Art were punctual and very professional. I had some old doors and accumulated junk from the previous owner, doors with holes punched in them, old closet doors, entertainment center, etc. also some miscellaneous scrap wood, concrete blocks, etc. I wasn't sure it would all fit in their truck, but they got it all in! 108 degrees yesterday and today...They are doing some really hard work in this heat. I would definately hire Mike and Art again.

Super personable, punctual, courteous, friendly, hard-working, highly efficient. Said he would be here between 8-9 today and showed up at 8 on the dot, was done by 8:25, and everything looks great. I had them haul away several old rugs (dang dogs) that were once in the house, but migrated to the dog runs from abuse. Just lots of crap that on its own is manageable, but haven't done anything with because my Mom was sick for 3+ years. Now that she has passed, it was time to get rid of my own junk. The price noted is with a 10% discount for being on Angie's List, but they did such a great job, I gave them $15 extra (so paid $150); TOTALLY worth it. Highly recommend!!!

We are very happy with the service we have received from Mikes.

Spoke with someone and agreed upon a time to come do an initial estimate for clearing some debris and weeds. Day and time agreed upon. No one showed or called. I would've been fine with rescheduling had someone called to advise me they wouldn't be showing.

Mike and Ray came out on agreed date: On time, Got to work, Got job done well ahead of time even with the addition of extra things I asked them to do which included moving more heavy/awkward items both outside in the yard and in the garage (and they did not hesitate to do them). Professional, no nonsense, no loafing etc. I really appreciated the professionalism and the help. Would not hesitate to call on Mike again or to recommend him.

I used Mike's Junk Hauling Service he was great. He did a wonderful job. He did work for me in January. I think he charged me $800. Now that I think about it, he did a lot. He was very professional, he had one other worker and he was helpful, I had a bunch of stuff, even took down a trampoline that was set up. He took down for me. He was good with advice on stuff that I had. He did it all in one day.

Mike was great! I called to discuss what I wanted / needed him to do. I needed help clearing out my garage. I needed some items donated and a lot of things taken to the dump. I also needed items brought down out of the rafters. Mike was very clear with me on the phone, gave me clear estimates of the costs that I might incur and described clearly when/why it might go up from the base price (depended on how much "stuff" I had for him to haul away.) He arrived exactly on time, was professional, courteous, friendly and soooo very helpful. We started by surveying what I had, discussed how best to organize the task and then remove items to his truck. Mike also gave me some recommendations on how best to dispose of e-waste and old paint. It went very smoothly, took about an hour and I had my garage back! I would definitely hire Mike again - in fact I plan to when I'm ready to move as I'm sure I will once again have many items to take to the dump or donate. THANX MIKE!
