The junk was was a little over a pickup load. I had already moved it into one pile. I called Mike in the morning and made an appointment for that afternoon. They showed up on time and loaded it up an left in a little over an hour. Friendly and professional.

I had a pile of junk, including a heavy oversized desk, that needed to be picked up immediately. Mike's Junk Hauling saved the day. They came hours after I called them and arrived in time to remove the stuff before the photos were scheduled to be taken by my real estate agent for the sale of my house. He was prompt, quick and able to take the task on when I needed it!

Mike responded to my request for a quote within 20 min. I sent him a couple photos of the piles of junk i needed removed and he called me back with my quote within 10 min. We agreed on the price (very reasonable) and his employee was at my house about an hour later. Juan removed the junk quickly and payment was made over the phone with Mike. It went so well that i had Mike come back the next day to haul away an old sectional. Mike was very busy but still was able to fit me in. I will most definitely use Mike's Junk Hauling service again.

Mike was very responsive and arrived on time on the agreed upon day. He efficiently moved every pile of discarded items from the house (from about 4 separate rooms) in addition to the trash bags next to the driveway and items from the back yard (refrigerator and other discarded item)s. It took him and his helper about 3 hours to load it all. He was masterful at packing the truck and trailer so everything we needed to get rid of fit in one load! Mike and his helper were great to work with and provided exceptional service.

Having Mike do the work was easy. Call him up, tell him what you have and where it is, and he does the work. I gave him my credit card over the phone and he emailed me the receipt. Very easy. Because Mike knew that I planned to have the hardwood flooring refinished, he took extra care with removal of the tack strips.

He was there within an hour or so and was very thorough. He cleaned everything up. It was great.

Mike was prompt in responding to my request for the appointed date and time window. He responded and also provided a quote of $150.00. I provided my information. The morning of the appointment I e-mailed through the Angie's LIst portal requesting that he call 30 minutes prior to arrival and also for me to provide access to the property (gated community). The time window was between noon and 3:00 pm. At approximately 2:00 pm there was a knock on my door. They had gained access to the property. Mike apologized for not checking his e-mail that morning. I showed him the items that needed to be hauled away. The job took approximately 10 minutes. Mike and his partner picked up everything and took it out to their vehicle. He also provided me with an invoice and gave a $15.00 discount as an Angie's List member.

Mike is fantastic. You can't go wrong picking this guy. He accurately assessed the amount of stuff to be removed from several pictures, and brought two trailers and extra help to handle the load. Some of the concrete was fairly large, but he was able to handle it. Bottom line; He was fast, easy to get along with, and did a great job.

Arrived when he said he would and got right to work. Massive amounts of junk removed in less than an hour. Swept up afterwards. Took the time to explain anything I asked about. Even though they worked quickly, they were careful not to damage walls or corners. Personable, professional. Less than an hour!

From start to finish the service was outstanding. Mike responded to my email request immediately and we scheduled a date and time for pick-up of a lot of trash and junk that I wanted removed from my garage and home. Mike and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and quickly assessed that all the materials I wanted removed fit under the terms and conditions for the special offer they provided. They made quick work of the entire job and were probably only on site for about 15-20 minutes in total. Mike insisted on a quick review of the site to make sure everything requested was removed and even asked if I wanted some addition things removed. He arrived on time and he and his helper loaded his trailer and pickup with junk from my back yard. I was amazed at how much he loaded. He even took a TV and microwave and other small e-waste type stuff. I am very happy with his work and will hire him again because I still have more junk.

It went great. He arrived about a half hour to 45 minutes from my call - on a Sunday. He removed the requested items in about 10 minutes. He was personable and, unlike many hauling companies I've worked with in the past, he had clean clothes. It was a good experience.

Right on time, extremely efficient, courteous, pleasant and thorough. I called in the late afternoon on Saturday and Mike gave estimate over the phone by my description. He told me he would bring trailer in case it was more and would do a visual estimate if it would take more. I'm not sure how, but they fit everything in the one pick up load and it was the original estimate--no more. I couldn't believe how quickly they got it done. A glass picture frame did get dropped on the driveway--not that I cared since I was getting rid of it-- and they were prompt and thorough getting it cleaned up. I would definitely used this service again and recommend without reservation.
