Description of Work: Our refrigerator was making a lot of noise. The company came out and assessed the problem

Description of Work: I initially called them to work on my Bosh dishwasher which I thought was going to be a lost cause; however, Anthony found the burned out wire and was able to fix it. I mentioned my clothes washer just started leaking, and he found the cause and ordered the part and fixed it. I then pushed my luck and mentioned my freezer door was having ice collect and he fixed that. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Replaced refrigerator fan and checked dryer for possible over heating. Also gave an excellent lesson in how my inherited fridge works!

Description of Work: Replaced water valve on my Bosch dishwasher. Dishwasher once again works perfectly.

Description of Work: They were contracted through my home warranty. I would use them again though. They were great, very friendly and good work!

Description of Work: We had an incessant "churning" noise occurring with our U-Line icemaker. Best Appliance was able to get a service man out to us in a reasonable amount of time to assess the situation. He was very professional. He determined that the "noise" was an issue with the drain pump. It would cost $500 just for the replacement part not including labor. His suggestion, since our icemaker was still working properly, was if we could live with the noise we shouldn't replace the part as it was so expensive. We decided to go that route as the noise wasn't that bad. It was nice to have an honest opinion - not just one based on collecting charges from customers.

Description of Work: Our Whrilpool double oven fan continued to run. We have a Home warranty through Fidelity. They sent out Best Appliance on Dec 3rd. The repairman said we had a bad control panel. They don't make that part anymore so they would have to send it to a company to be refurbished and it would take twelve days. We did not hear back from them. After fifteen days we called and they said it wasn't back yet. We called Fidelity after 21 days and they called Best Appliance. They told them it would be fixed by the end of the week. It wasn't. They told Fidelity it would be fixed by the following week and it wasn't. We tried calling the owners of Best Appliance. They were never in and never returned any of our calls. Did not hear from this company again until they finally came back to install the part on Jan.9th 2015. The repairman was friendly and did a good job and the part has been working but this company lacks customer service and professionalism. We will never use them again.
