Dorel did a great job, at a very fair price. To install, stain, and finish hardwood, so as to match the existing hardwood that had been there for years, is very difficult. Dorel showed great craftsmanship, taking the time necessary to take each incremental step necessary, and the results are great. We have hired him in the past, and lined him up for another job in a few months. We recommend Bello Hardwood without reservation.

Not only did they do a wonderful job of removing the tile and leveling the floor, but the installation of new vinyl laminate looks fantastic. They were very careful and tidy with the job. They were a pleasure to work with and very professional, nice, prompt, and responsive. We are so pleased by the quality of the job. We would definitely hire this company again and highly recommend them to others. FYI, the cost shown is for the service as well as the materials. Service alone was $2190.

Dorel and John did a phenomenal job with the new installation. He was patient with all my questions and with some problems I had with the supplies. He even offered to solve the problem by looking for the right supplies to help me out. He is a hardworker and consummate professional who showed up on time and recapped each day before leaving. Couldn't be happier with the results. The old hardwood was removed due to Asbestos during full kitchen remodel. Dorel was very knowledgeable and helped explain what was needed to match the original hardwood layout still remaining in the rest of the house. The finished floor turned out amazing. In fact it turned out so nice that we are having Dorel (Bello Hardwood) refinish the rest of the floors in the house to match. They were clean and professional and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Dorel is exactly the type of contractor you are looking for...honest, skilled, and takes great pride in his work. I originally hired him for a small room in our home with some damage from a roof leak, but to our shocking surprise, we had subtle signs of water damage to the remaining floors in our entire home. Dorel picked up on these subtle signs immediately further attesting to his expertise. Low and behold, the original contractor that installed the original floors did not seal the concrete let alone glue the floor down correctly. We had black mold slowly building. Dorel was there for us the entire time and did not abandon the project but worked with the mold remediation specialist to help our family in literally a housing nightmare. He was honest in his pricing the entire time and sealed the concrete along with application of glue correctly. On the bright side of things, we love our new floors. He paid extreme attention to detail throughout the entire project and we would recommend him to anyone looking for new flooring. My advice would be to call him soon however as word is getting out on his skill.

I've installed laminate flooring several times in the past but this project had a lot of tricky undercuts and connecting rooms. After attempting a DIY install I quickly discovered that I didn't have the right tools, materials and skill to finish it. Dorel is honest, fair, ethical, responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking. We first met Dorel through my dad, a retired general contractor in the Sacramento area. Dorel and my dad worked together on a few projects before he came to our house. We first hired Dorel to lay laminate floors in our old house and he did an excellent job. When it came time to lay hardwood floors in our new house, we knew we had to call Dorel! We have also recommended Dorel to our family, friends, and neighbors. The work looks amazing. We are so pleased with how quick the work was done, especially with the quality. We had a lot of unleveled areas that Dorel was able to not only flatten but he was able to level. Great work. Great person.

Doral did 3 rooms in 5 days. ( He will move furniture back to the rooms next week ) I hired Bello Hardwood because Dorel had 17+years experience in the floor refinishing business. He told us that our satisfaction of his finished work was very important to his company. He also said he did the work with his assistant and would always be at the job and he was. He matched the floor stain with our existing stairs. My floors looked NEW! Doral was always on time, professional, went out of his way to explain the refinishing process and always cleaned up at the end of the day (3:00 PM) He was very easy to work with. We interviewed 5 companies and felt confident that Bello Hardwood Flooring would do the best job. And we were right. We will hire him again when we do the other rooms.
