I highly recommend Dorel to install your flooring. Him and his son did an excellent job with installing my flooring and baseboards. Also, tore out all the existing flooring and hauled away. He is very knowledgeable, professional, enjoyable to work, and appreciate the quick responses.

Dorel and his son are wonderful to work with. Dorel is very knowledgeable and responsive. He worked closely with us as we were choosing which product to install in our home, providing us with pros and cons of different material based on his extensive background installing different flooring. Once the project started, Dorel communicated with us every day so we knew what to expect and showed up on time every single day he was working in our house. It was helpful for us to know when Dorel said he’d be here at a certain time that he was here at that time every time. We were also super appreciative of how protective of the flooring Dorel was during install. We were remodeling our kitchen and when the counter installer showed up he quickly placed a protective barrier over the floor so the counter installers wouldn’t damage our floors. We really liked how proactive he was in that situation and overall we really enjoyed working with Dorel and Bello Hardwood. We would highly recommend Dorel to anyone. His craftsmanship and work ethic exceeded expectations and we are happy with the finished job.

It went very well. We found Dorel to be very professional, trustworthy, and detail oriented. He was an excellent communicator every step of the way (via phone calls and texts with pictures of the progress he was making on our floors). He was very knowledgeable about hardwood floors and how to refinish them. Our hardwood floors now look as good as new! We would definitely recommend Bello Flooring to those who want to refinish or recoat their hardwood floors.

We have worked with Dorel and Bello Hardwood Flooring twice over the last 10 years to put hardwood flooring in the 2 halves of our large house. Both times they have done an outstanding job. Their work is impeccable. Our floors are beautiful. Dorel is extremely professional- communicates well, always punctual, congruent with what he says, and a great guy. Anyone looking for flooring will be lucky to have their floors installed by Dorel and Bello.

Dorel was very professional to work with, and the results exceeded expectations, in that the refinishing is essentially flawless and the floor is gorgeous, vastly improved, even better than new, from the somewhat worn, scratched, discolored state before the work. Details: - This was about 1000 sq ft of natural hickory 5" laminate planks (on a pad) with big dog damage, a couple spots of water damage, and general wear and tear and discoloring from age. Mostly in living, dining, and family rooms and halls. - The refinished floor, with the finishes Dorel used, looks better than new! - Dorel: -- is very professional -- Does what he says he will -- Keeps you informed and communicates clearly and completely -- Is always on time -- Leaves the job in an immaculate state at the end of each day -- Is on the job site all the time work is being done and did all the work himself, with some assistance from a son -- Is very knowledgeable about all things related to the floors These hardwood floors are essential to the soul of the house, so one only wants to trust this work to the best professionals who take artistic pride in their work. Bello Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job. From start to finish Dorel was informative, easy to talk to and very helpful. He guided us through material selection and all the install choices. His experience and expertise was very helpful and made it obvious that we were in good hands. Timeline was clearly communicated and the end product looks great! I can’t recommend them enough. Dorel just finished the install of ~2,300 feet of vinyl plank flooring in my home. The attention to detail and quality of his work is excellent. He spent the extra time to make the stairs and some awkward fits with the nosings look great. He spent time with the boards to make the trims match with the adjacent boards and was attentive to eliminating all bounces and squeaks in the sub-floor. Work was completed slightly ahead of schedule and no surprises. Would definitely reccomedn Bello Hardwood to friends and family.

Excellent process from start to finish. On time, on budget, minimal disruption. Most important, Dorel is a true craftsman. My 70 year old hardwood floors look like new.

Bello Hardwood Flooring did outstanding work! They were professional and conscientious about keeping our home clean and tidy throughout the entire install. They worked tirelessly and finished the job ahead of schedule. We were included in the process and they went out of their way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted! From the moment we first met with them to discuss our plans, through the design process and final product, our experience was nothing but positive. I highly recommend their services! Not only do they do great work, they are great people to work with!

We couldn’t be more happy with the results. Dorel was detail oriented & meticulous while doing our removal of tile and installation of LVP through tout our home. He also cleaned up as he worked, I think our home is as clean as it’s ever been. He takes a lot of pride in his work, it felt like he treated our home as his own. He communicated so well that it made it easy to work ahead of what he needed to be ready for the next day and always had a timeline of what to expect. He was great to work with, he even gave us tips and information on how to keep the floors in good condition as well as came with furniture pads to help protect the floors too. Pricing wise, I did bid it out and he was very fair in pricing, and a few other bids came in as much as 50% higher and didn’t offer his knowledge and expertise. We found him through a friend that hired him and they were also beyond pleased. So no need to keep looking, you found your guy. Call Dorel, you will not be disappointed.

Dorel and his son were personable, professional and pleasure to work with. They removed approximately 1,000 sq ft of tile and replaced it with LVP. We left town during the week of work and Dorel was fantastic about providing updates (Including pictures) via text. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work. Dorel will be our first call for any future flooring needs.

If you are looking for the absolute best of the best, look no further!! I’ve used Bello for for half a dozen jobs over the past 15 years and have never had anything short of stellar experiences each time. Dorel is a true professional, a meticulous craftsman, and prides himself on running a tight ship. He shows up on time every time, leaves the job site, immaculate at the end of every day, and is very reasonably priced as he does not carry the overhead that larger providers do. On top of that, he’s just an incredibly nice human being :-). I wish all of my subcontractors were as good as this…use Bello with confidence!!

The company was recommended by Angi and Dorell responded almost immediately. I was informed that job cannot be scheduled before end of July- beginning of August and agreed with it. Preliminary visit was scheduled. In the day of the visit I received a text informing me that Dorell feel sick and can't come but that he will contact me next week as soon as he will feel better. Of course it is happening, you can't blame somebody for getting sick, so I answered with "Of corse, hope you will feel better soon". Surprisingly, Dorell did not contacted me next week at all but I received a call from Angi with the question about a progress with my project. I responded with 0 progress because the contractor get sick and I am waiting for the return call from him. Angi renewed my information and next day I received a call from Dorell. Surprisingly he didn't mentioned his sickness ( or his promise to contact me when he will feel better) but did mentioned that he is working on a big project in Sacramento and that he is calling because Angi renewed my project information. From that moment I become a bit suspicious, but decided that it is probably nothing. We scheduled preliminary visit again for the time Dorell required. And exactly the same way, at the morning of the appointment day I received a text, informing me that he will not come because he is no longer interested in my project because he have several big ones... So, he wasted my time with 2 scheduled and canceled appointments, postponed my search for the contractor and with extremely high probability simply lied to me from the beginning, having no interest to work on the project but keeping it as a reserve.

Dorel, the owner of Bello Hardwood floors arrived at my home shortly after describing my problem with my hardwood floors making noises when walking on it. In no time at all, he knew exactly what was the issue was and repaired my floor flawlessly! Dorel texted me the night before to make sure that we were still okay to start the following day (something that I really appreciated). Dorel arrived on time and finished laying the flooring in one day. The standard of the work is excellent and he helped me with with moving appliances. We could not be happier with Dorel's work. This is not the first or last time we will hire Dorel for flooring installation. Dorel suggested that we contact the company that we bought our flooring from to ask a question to ensure we weren't voiding our warranty. I told the company that Dorel didn't see an issue with our approach. The response from the company was, "If Dorel said it's OK, then you will be fine." That showed how much Dorel is respected by his clients and the companies that sell flooring.
