My floors look fantastic! Dorel is professional and courteous. He goes through the process with you so you will understand the process and be happy with your choices. I could not be happier. My floors are stunning and the ultimate compliment was when another contractor came to give me a bid on a different project and he asked who had done my floors, he wanted to know if he had to do .any repairs. Dorel was very professional from start to finish. He loves what he does and his enthusiasm shows. He wants to please his customers and works hard. The pride that Dorel has in his trade showed in a beautiful finished product, a floor that we will enjoy for many years to come. Always on time, Dorel was careful to clean up before leaving. I was pleasantly surprised that there there was minimal dust and odor during the project.

My floors went from very ugly to absolutely beautiful. They look so pretty that I told my family that it will be a crying shame to cover them with large furnitures. Bello Flooring is a very friendly and knowledgable company and will definitely reccomend them.

it went very well. the only hiccup was that we both did not realize that the refrigerator could not be moved out of the space without taking the doors off, so we had a little delay until i could find an appliance guy to do that work. after that, it was smooth sailing.

HELLO, MY NAME IS DARRYL! I CONTACTED DOREL FROM BELLO HARDWOOD FLOORS TO TALK ABOUT THE PRACTICALITY OF REFINISHING A TWENTY-THREE YEAR OLD HARDWOOD KITCHEN AND DINING NOOK FLOOR. HE FIRST BROUGHT UP SOME SALIENT POINTS THAT I SHOULD CONSIDER BEFORE DOING ANY RELATED REFINISH WORK; LIKE THERE HAD TO BE SUFFIICIENT WOOD MATERIAL LEFT ON THE WOOD PANELS FOR THE JOB TO BE DONE CORRECTLY. ALSO, THAT CERTAIN TYPES OF FLOORING HAD TO BE REPLACED. HE MENTIONED THAT IT WOULD BE BEST IF HE COULD TAKE A LOOK AT MY FLOOR AND THEN HE COULD GIVE ME A PROPER ASSESSMENT. WE SET AN APPOINTMENT TIME UP. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CORDIAL. HE INFORMED ME THAT MY FLOOR WAS REFINISHABLE AND WE SET UP A SCHEDULE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. HE ARRIVED ON TIME. HE TOOK CARE TO PROTECT THE BORDER ZONES AND AREAS PROXIMAL TO THE FLOOR. HE WAS WELL PREPARED AND WELL EQUIPPED. THE FLOOR WAS REFINISHED TO A BEAUTIFUL NEW LOOKING FLOOR. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT. I WOULD GLADLY RECOMMEND DOREL TO ANY PARTY WHO WANTS A FLOOR REFINISHED.

Dorel was the consummate professional. He was very punctual in arriving on time. He cleaned up his supplies and material completely at the end of each day. He answered his cell phone personally each time I needed to speak to him. At the end of the process, as the final coat dried, we found a few areas that touched the original flooring where the finish was not quite right in color, and upon giving him a call, he was there the next day and was able to adjust the depth of color to our satisfaction. He was a thoroughly pleasant and delightful person to work with.

Dorel arrived on time to give us a bid on the job. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, that we cancelled the other bid appointments. We knew right off the bat we'd found the right man to do the job. Dorel has an amazing and extensive knowledge of hardwood flooring, staining and finishing. We needed a self-starter who we could trust to refinish our hardwood floors before we moved. Timing was critical as we needed the work completed before we moved our furniture into our mostly hardwood floor house. The scheduling with Dorel was a breeze as well. He even bumped us up in his scheduling to accommodate our needs when other work permitted. He came on time every day with his nephew to do work in our home and finished on time and on budget. Dorel gave us detailed guidelines and instructions throughout the process so there were no surprises. He was upfront with potential problems including a couple of intake vent covers. When the vent covers were damaged in the process of sanding, Dorel called us right away to offer solutions. He ordered replacement parts (which are superior to the originals) right away and stained them to match perfectly.
