Description of Work: Juan did a great job. He came on time, he worked efficiently, and carefully. He was respectful of my home, and did more than he had contracted for. He was cheerful, pleasant, and professional. I am planning on having him return and do some more work. I highly recommend him. This was one of the best home project experiences I have ever had!

Description of Work: Stone Masters cleaned and sealed my granite counter tops in my kitchen and my marble counter top in my bathroom. Juan was on time, very professional and did a fantastic job. He did such a great job that I am going to have him back to clean and seal the marble in my other bathrooms and to clean and seal the stone in my backyard. I will use Stone Masters again for sure and highly recommend their services!

Description of Work: I am very disappointed in this company/Juan the owner!!!!! I had to call him 3 times to get my appt for my home kitchen, it took him over 2 months to actually get here, he dropped the ball over and over. His camping trips were more important. I asked him on the first call if he might also be able to do a repair, he told me to send him a picture of the problem, AFTER I had explained it very clearly and I sent him the pic, by the end because he had dropped the ball so many times, he said he would do it for free. I told him I wasn't looking for free but was pretty upset with the continual put off, he then arrived only to spend about 30 min ding what I can do myself. He then told me it would cost $500.00 to do the repair he said he would do for free. I was flabbergasted, he said he thought it was something completely different which is BS..it was clearly explained, pic sent and not a hard problem to understand. I tried to tell him nicely that repeat business is important in this day and age, shared my business experience and told him if he says he will do something he needs to follow thru regardless of what he did or didn't think it was, even if he loses money! That's called the "Cost of doing business" be more careful next time and learn from your mistake. It wasn't based on after he looked at it he would quote me or whatever. I told him it will bite him in the behind in time. I also told him I have a lot of rental properties that I will be doing granite on in the future and still didn't phase him. Again I wasn't looking for him to do it for free but also not $500 when he originally said about $200 and then for FREE. Sorry Juan no future business from this property manager.

Description of Work: They polished my granite in the kitchen. I was told about this great paulice that would take some spots out. He forgot to leave it and never bothered to bring it to me. He did not polish around the spots because he was going to do it after the paulice was applied. Ergo it never got done. |

Description of Work: Clean the granite counter tops in my kitchen. The work was o.k., but I expected better results. Scheduling was a problem, but we eventually got the work done.

Description of Work: I had these guys come in and attempt to fix a terrible job from the original fabricator. Overall, there was only one seam they worked on and it they got it back to about 85%. The best they could do, and I was happy with it. Didn't think it was even going to look that good. I cannot vouch for any other services they do, but they sounded more knowledgable than the original stone fabricator.

Description of Work: Stone Masters were hired to clean and seal our travertine floors in the Kitchen and Living areas. They had a medium level of dirtiness.

Description of Work: cleaning and polishing and sealing of limestone floors throughout the entire home; also cleaning and polishing of marble bathroom countertop; also repair of marble in shower and cleaning and polishing of marble shower with limestone floor and resealing of everything.

Description of Work: Had my tile floors cleaned and buffed. Juan (owner) was very helpful informing me about the care for my floors. He took a lot of time explaining what I needed to do to maintain my floors. I had not had tile floors before. He also caulked by kitchen sink at no extra charged. He will be coming back to do all our outside tile . He did not push his products which I appreciated.

Description of Work: I They cleaned, honed, filled, caulked, and polished and sealed Natural Travertine floors. They took great care with my furniture too. Very Happy to have finally done this... it's like having new, clean floors!
