I found this company through Yelp. I regreted that I decided to give them a try anyway after reading through all the one-star comments. It was such a waste of time back and forward texting. They were responsive at first but started fading out to no response. We, however, got to the point where we did schedule the service to be done. They texted the night (late) before to cancel the appointment and promised to call back the next day to reschedule the service. A week later not hearing from them, I texted and got no response. If they do not want the job, a simple NO would do instead of dragging and leading me on. Luckily, I found another company to do the job and cost a fraction of their charge.

Workers were on time and performed the work specified quickly and cleanly. Was very happy with the results.

Stone Masters was on top of everything. Kept their promises to be on time and finished in time estimated. Quality work.

Juan was very responsive and accommodating on scheduling. The work done was excellent & priced very reasonably. I am very happy with repair and glad I went with Stone Masters. Repair was done 2 months ago and is holding up well.

Juan and Louise were prompt, polite, respectful of our home and quietly got on with the work. They worked until the job was done to their (and my) satisfaction. We used them for the counters first and were so pleased we had them come back and so the shower stall.

the company came out on a Saturday as I needed the work done immediately. The price was excellent compared to other estimates. the owner called shortly after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work

It went extremely well. The men were very nice and worked hard at getting the tile to look it's best. All the steps were explained to me and I was given advice on how to maintain it the best I could. The tile looks amazing and I am happy that nice people worked to make it look that way. Very professional and courteous too. I have started recommending this company and will definitely use them again!

This was a $149 big deal purchase. I guess it was okay. In addition they did some caulking around my sink. Beside the big deal I thought it was a little expensive just for caulking around the sink.

Juan has worked for us twice and we were very happy with his work. We will use Juan when we need granite and tile work anytime. Punctual, good pricing and quality work!

They were on time, knowledgeable and thorough. I thought they did an excellent job and even caulked the seal between the granite and the backsplash tile to prevent future cracking. I was very happy with the service.

First I should say that I had purchased an Angie's List discount for Stone Masters a while ago. Due to a family situation I was unable to schedule an appointment while the discount was active. I figured I would still have Stone Master's do the work but I would only receive the face value of my purchase. To my delight, Juan honored my original deal after it had expired for almost a year. That's unheard of and a testament to his integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Although I was a little skeptical of whether or not they would hurry through the process, Juan and Miguel did an excellent job. My counters look terrific and they were a pleasure to work with. Juan and Miguel are knowledgeable and are well spoken. They were both professional, courteous, and happy to answer the many questions we had about other work we are considering doing in the future. .I would highly recommend them for any stone restoration.

Juan did all around fantastic job cleaning and sealing our countertops. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and clean (he even wore booties in the house). He was even so kind as to knock quietly and whisper when we told him that our baby would likely be napping when he arrived. His service was excellent -- he used top-of-the-line product and went above and beyond in taking care of our stone, which needed more help than we realized (and before you ask, no, he didn't tack on extra charges). He was very reasonably priced for the work performed and the products used -- we had an Angie's List deal that brought the price down considerably, but I believe that it is typically $300. Before I met Juan, I had a half second of worry when I called and his mailbox was full, but I trusted the many happy customers on Angie's List and didn't give it much thought. I then texted him and received a response immediately. I had such a good experience that I'm hoping to have him back soon to do our floors. I'd highly recommend Stone Masters to care for the stone in your home or business!

Juan was extremely good to deal with, both on the phone and in person when he came to perform the work. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He first toured all the work areas, explained the entire process to me, and quoted me a very reasonable price for the work that was not covered by the Angie's List Big Deal. He then got right to work. He was very careful and detail-oriented as he worked, and the results are outstanding. I recommend Juan and Stonemasters in the strongest possible manner.

I purchased a Groupon for Stone Masters, Juan came & cleaned and sealed our kitchen granite counter tops, he is very knowledgeable about stone & does a great job. We are going to have him back to do the bathroom travertine tile floors. He was very friendly and made sure we were happy with end result before he left. He even did a great job of cleaning up!

I purchased a "deal" -- $300 worth of services to clean and seal granite counters -- for $150. We had two spots in the granite that had darkened because they were wet and just never dried. Juan came out and got us started on a long process to dry the spots and lighten them in color by applying a poultice that would draw out the moisture. The whole process took several months of not using the sink and letting it dry completely, but the granite now looks normal. I then called Juan to return to complete the sealing of the counters, which he did, and he and Adrian then cleaned and sealed our travertine shower (this was an extra charge -- separate job). Everything looks beautiful! Juan was very responsive to my emails and kept checking in with me to see when he should return to complete the sealing of the counters. They came when they said they were going to come, and were very prompt. We are very happy with their service.

They came out within the week or some weeks maybe after I purchased the Big Deal. My countertops looked beautiful after they were polished. They did a fantastic job for me. There were no additional charges to the $149 Big Deal. I think the tech was very good and knowledgeable. I appreciated the extra effort. I would refer them to someone.

That was very nice. They did a very nice job. I would assume that that was probably regular price to me. The quality seemed to be fine. The counters look beautiful after it was done and I am getting smudging on one counter-top more so than anywhere else that is kind of a bar counter. I was kind of concerned about that. Very responsive.

The service turned out fine once they came but initially they had me waiting a day and they didn’t show up. He didn’t return my calls the day he was scheduled initially. He said that there was some kind of personal emergency. But the other guy who came said that they just forgot about it or there was schedule screw up. There was no additional fee.
