Was very pleased. Arrived on time. Very professional. Did a good job.

They came out and said they didn't seal quartz countertops. They were slighty rude. I have had to get refunds for 3 Big Deals becuase the providers get too many requests and can't meet demand. This is a huge waste of my time.

After an initial misunderstanding about the date and time of the appointment, they arrived on time, did a thorough and professional job, and took the time to explain everything they recommended for the care of the stone.

They cleaned and sealed our kitchen granite countertops. They look great!

Juan and his crew are very friendly, and extremely professional. They clearly take pride in their work, and quoted me a reasonable estimate to clean my slate floors, as well. I will be hiring StoneMasters again, in the near future!

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was excellent. I was looking at one of the countertops that they took care of, they did a very nice job. There were additional charges because what I ended up doing was it was for countertops and I have a walk in shower that is totally marble so I did end up paying extra for them to also do my walk in shower. This is the first time I used this provider. They worked efficiently, I'm happy that they threw in that buffing because the stain was bothering me. He tried to explain to me what it would have cost had he had buffed it as well. Other than that they worked efficiently and I am probably most impressed with the one that they did do the buffing on because they were able to get all of the staining out on that one.

They were a little difficult to communicate--they kept sending emails via Angie's list, and I would have to go into my account to see and answer the emails. I asked them to email me directly and gave them my email address, but they still emailed me via Angie's list. They asked me twice if they could come earlier than scheduled even though I had already explained that I could not. Either they don't read messages clearly or there are different people working??? I wanted my bathroom marbles counters cleaned, polished and resealed. I had had this done about 4 months ago (by someone else) and was very pleased. But I noticed some spotting and attributed it to an overeager housekeeper of mine using the wrong products. Stone Masters said the spots would not come out with polish, sealing along and I would need to have the marble etched. They said I could get my money back if I did not want to do this. That is what I did. I did not use them. The two gentlemen were right on time and very polite.

Juan and Carlos are very thorough, professional and prompt. They r also effiicient and I would totally recommend them!!

They arrived ahead of schedule (called me first!) and were very thorough and knowledgeable about their work. They did an excellent job repairing the crack in my granite and now my countertops are very bright and shiny. I would highly recommend them!

I emailed Stone Masters and Juan responded promptly telling me that the special would cover the service I needed (counters, backsplash, and island). He and I exchanged several emails to agree on a time for the service (in mid-Dec). He was very professional and I am eager to see how the service goes!

Juan was very responsive from the first email that I sent. I contacted a lot of people and their price was in the middle but Juan's knowledge about stone care was impressive. Juan called and confirmed the time of the visit the night before. He also called when he was on his way. He and his employee inspected the floor and addressed my concerns. They then determined the best course of action. Juan checked in with me to make sure the floor had the right amount of shine before they sealed it. They took a lot of time and it was worth it. The floor looks like new. I would highly recommend them. They even but the furniture back and left the place clean.

Juan was responsive from the very first phone call and arranged for a visit and quote within two days. His crew were all very friendly and professional. They were very careful with tarps and booties in the house. The floors, slab counters and master bedroom shower stall--all in travertine--were cleaned and sealed with little fuss and looked spectacular when they were done. There was an issue with some chemical in the kitchen splashing onto the stainless steel refrigerator and Juan was extremely responsive in looking at it and arranging for a steel cleaner company to repair the damage at his expense--within 2 days! Fridge looks great! We are having Juan come tomorrow to polish and seal the soapstone counters in the kitchen and laundry. We have every confidence that this visit will go just as well as our previous interactions. I would be totally confident in recommending Stonemasters and Juan to anyone who wants similar services.

They showed up as promised, and were very professional. The quality of the job was A+ and the people were very nice! Juan (the owner) and his co-worker Adrian arrived on time and both were professional and dedicated to the job. I got three estimates for the work and their estimate was right in the middle. They cleaned up after themselves which I very much appreciated. That is not always the case. When they finished the floors looked new. I would definitely have them work with me again and I would recommend them to others.

It turned out good. The quote was around $5000. Nothing about them stood out.

Showed up on time, very professional, friendly, good communicator. When job took less time than the original estimate, did not hesitate to adjust the price without any suggestion from me. Encouraged me to call with any problems. A few small areas of caulking did again separate (I'm in a high rise building). I called him and he was very responsive, returning to re-caulk at no charge. He told me it was common for that to happen in upper floors and to call him if it happened again, & he would return.

I had an 8 am appointment scheduled, and they called at 7:30 to tell me they were stuck in traffic right behind an accident. Great to keep the customer in the loop! they updated me every 20 minutes or so as the 5 was cleared - arriving exactly on time + 30 minutes (again, accidents happen - calling your customer and making sure he knows is a great idea). On arrival, they set to it - cleaning, sealing, and then re cocking the sink. Went like a charm,they knew what they were doing. Friendly to talk to as well! I will use them again in 2 years when I need everything redone (roughly how long a sealer seems to last according to the web and their experience)

Luis worked on my job. He was very professional and meticulous. Even though it was a new construction he spent a lot of time cleaning up the grout before sealing. He located every possible location of grout and granite in our house and did a very good job. He was very knowledgable and knew what he was doing.

Juan & his associate arrived right on time. They took time to answer questions before they started working. They finished the job in just a few hours. My travertine tiled bathroom floor & fireplace looks like new. Juan had me inspect the work before he sealed the tile & when they were finished. They cleaned up everything in the work area. I'm very impressed & will have them come back to do my shower tile.

Juan did a great job with restoring my tumbled stone tile shower and re-sealing my countertop and bath areas as well. He was very clean and neat after his job and I would recommend him and use him again.

First rate service, on time and great results. My Arizona flagstone deck looks better than when it was installed 10 years ago.

Due to poor installation, we had a room with travertine flooring that had excessive lippage of the tiles. Juan and Adrian were able to remove 90% of the lippage problem and at a very reasonable price! Once this room was completed, they cleaned, polished and sealed all the remaining travertine flooring in my home. My flooring actually looks better than when it was first installed! They also repaired a couple of cracked tiles and filled all holes. In my master bath shower, they repaired grout in the flooring, cleaned and sealed the shower floor and walls. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! I was a little nervous with what all was involved to complete this job. Juan was very patient and explained in detail each step involved. He also provided information on how to maintain my travertine flooring.I could not be happier with the end result and will definitely be using Stone Masters in the future!
