Friendly service and useful advice.

We set up a time of 8:00 - 8:30A.M. and he came at exactly 8:00. He was very friendly and the counters look great!

I'm not sure of the cost since it was paid for by the construction company that damaged the floor. Stone Masters did an excellent job buffing out the deep scratches (left by a worker who used an Exacto knife to cut paper to line the path from the front door to master bathroom) and then polished and sealed the floor. The travertine looks as good as the day it was installed. We were impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness - from the prep work through the final polishing and sealing. Juan called after the job was completed to see if we had any concerns or questions. We would definitely use Stone Masters again and would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend them. Our son, who is a perfectionist, had nothing but praise for their work ethic and the quality of their work.

Outstanding service. Arrived on time. Very respectful of the home, Juan wore shoe covers at all times. Explained everything he was going to do and recommended how long between cleanings. The price listed above is the $149.00 published by Angie's List and the balance because I had them do 3 more surfaces. Well done. We will certainly use Stone Masters again.

I was very pleased with the professional service provided by Stone Masters. Scheduling was very easy and service was prompt. My ten year old countertops look like they did when installed. I was given helpful guidance on how to maintain going forward. I'm very happy with this Angie's List deal.

I used Angie's List's Message Center to send them messages and they did the same for me. It was good contact with them although we played a little phone tag. It turns out he was unable to do any quartz countertops.

Juan and the guys at Stone Masters were FANTASTIC. They took the time to really explain the process for me. They worked n the weekend to ensure that my condo would be ready to rent out. And it is clear that they REALLY care about the customers. They are a locally owned company and the pride of ownership really shows. Initially I thought their bid was high but when I got some other bids I realized their prices were very reasonable and I got more than I expected in terms of service. I thought I would have to redo my granite countertop because of the staining. It was amazing that the Stone Masters got it looking like new again. I plan to have Juan and his team to regularly maintain my granite in the future. You will not regret hiring them.

Juan was terrific. I highly recommend him. He explained everything he was planning on doing and even did more than was asked. The job was superb. Exceeded our expectations.

They did a wonderful job! They were punctual and cleaned up perfectly. My marble and granite looks beautiful. It took only a 1/2 day to do the job.

Juan arrived on time and was quite professional and courteous. He explained the process he would use and asked if we had any questions. He was very gracious in honoring the Deal I had purchased last year and, due to unforeseen circumstances, was not able to use until now. Our countertops look beautiful and we would certainly use Stone Masters in the future.

Employee did not return my call at first so I called a second time and the interaction was not professional. Communication is subpar.

Juan and his crew were awesome. Juan came and explained the process they use to clean and polish the marble. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of stones and how to take care of them. He gave me a quote and arranged to come in on a weekend to accommodate my time crunch, which I really appreciated!We were moving back into my home which had been a rental for the last five years and the marble showers, counters tops and floors were a mess; stained, dirty, dull and pitted. Juan kept me informed all along the process and took quite a bit of time explaining what they were doing as they proceeded. He even asked me to check the degree of shine he brought them up to before he finished to make sure it was what I wanted! I could not have been happier with their work and professionalism and the price was very reasonable! It was a great experience and I will definitely use them again!

Juan is part owner in the business. I called him a few weeks in advance and he made an appointment for the next day to stop by and review the site. He then gave me a quote by email on the following day. I scheduled the work for end of the week since he told me it would take at least 2 days to finish. He showed up on time on start date with Louie, one of his partners. They were polite and very careful in moving the furniture to other areas so they could start the prep work. Before they started, Juan explained what they were going to do that day and how they planned to continue on the next day. They started to work on the high traffic areas which required the most work. This was the kitchen and the family room area. They finished the first day only getting through the kitchen and nook area. On the second day they hit the family room and they brought a third person to help with cleaning and moving. They came back on the Saturday to finish the remaining areas which mainly required polishing and went a lot faster. The third person also moved and sealed the kitchen counters. Overall they were very professional and the job was completed to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Juan and team to others.

It went very well. They were very friendly and didn’t take very long.

They were very courteous and professional, outlining the procedure and asking for any questions. They masked/covered adjacent floors/furniture and were very efficient. They did an excellent job. I would use them again, and plan to have them out to do the granite counters in the kitchen.

It all went very well. He was super nice, friendly and professional. I will have him back out to seal and buff my travertine when I can. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Juan and his colleague arrived on time as scheduled and presented themselves in a friendly manner. They inspected the granite counters to be worked on, cleaned them thoroughly, sealed them with an impregnator sealer and caulked all the seams. The finished job looks amazing. They instructed us on how to maintain our granite to lengthen the time the seal will remain strong. They asked if we had any questions or concerns before leaving to make sure we were completely satisfied. We are so pleased we are having them return to do our tile floor.

Great people, took special attention to detail. My only complaint is that they did promise to come back to patch up my grout but haven't yet. But we would still use them again and probably will.

Went great, I need to call him back to restore the marble in the bathroom. He gave me a very fair quote.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They were very professional but they could not repair what was done. They were timely, they were professional, they came in but they couldn't necessarily deliver what I thought they could deliver. They explained why they couldn't fix it. That's what I was wanting. I didn't get what I thought I was getting. But I'm not sure that it was anything on their part. They were in and out, they were timely, they were responsive.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Juan and Adrian at Stone Master's Inc. today. They arrived on time, were pleasant throughout the process and did great work. I will definitely hire this company (these workers) again for future related projects. Juan Huizar was extremely knowledgeable about his trade and concentrated mostly on pleasing me with the service he provided, than what he was making on this particular service call or what he could charge me "for extras" which seems to be a normal practice for companies who attract your business initially through what some might feel is an "under normal cost" offering. Juan, Adrian and Stone Masters Inc. get an A+ from me today. I recommend them highly. And, I am a tough critic. :)
