SPEEDY CLEAN SERVICES

Description of Work: First, the owner of the company told me the Angie's Deal I purchased this summer couldn't be honored because I'd purchased the same deal about 6 months prior. He said the deals were "one per customer". After some arguing, he agreed to send the cleaners. They were prompt and very nice women. However, they don't clean, they wipe up, dust and vacuum. I need someone who uses a little eblow grease and goes the extra mile, like I do when I clean. Anyway, it was ok service but I won't be using this company in the future.

Description of Work: The Speedy Clean Services team of Josefina and Lorena did a moving cleaning of our Mom's 1700 SF home including scrubbing and mopping older hardwood floors (I do not scrub on my hands and knees so would not expect that) , wiping out cabinets and closets, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming and dusting. They did an excellent job and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I set up an appt to clean my parents home for last Wednesday. Half an hour before their schedule appt the company called to say they were going to be 1 1/2 late to their schedule appt. My parents received another called 20 mins prior to their revised time and was told their staff was not going to make it that day. So my parents reschedule for the next morning first thing. Their employees didn't even bother to bring a vacuum to vacuum the carpets. The carpet cleaner vacuumed my parents place. I explained to the person on the phone when I made the appt my parents were looking for a move in cleaning. The job was okay for 2 people cleaning for 4 hours and they didn't even have to vacuum. I was surprised my parents was charged $150 for the poor service they received and not even discount for not showing up on time.

Description of Work: I think there was some micommunication and they were not on time. The previous week I had my neice clean for me for a little extra money, she is 15 years old. She did just as good a job if not better. They used a mop similar to the clorox clean-up, but that is what I use for quick jobs. They did the kitchen, but the window above it was still dirty.
