+ -1 moreTheir service was fine. I think they were comfortable. I did not have any problems. I just gave them regular instructions and let them go. The house was clean when they were done. I think I did not spend more that the $69 coupon. I don’t think I have any issues with their service but it was not anything outstanding. It is very unlikely that I will use their services again because I don't own a house anymore.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job cleaning, but they were sporadic in getting back to me to set up another appointment. So I just kind of let it slide and hired another company. Their pricing was good but I don’t remember about their punctuality.

+ -1 moreThe speedy clean staff arrived ready for work.The coupon I purchased was for 4 hours of cleaning but really it was for 2 people for 2 hours. During the walk thru it was determined that some of my wants may be difficult to complete, especially the cobwebs in my cathedral windows. However speedy clean's staff set upon their tasks with efficiancy and professionalism. At the end of their time all my wants and more were completed. I was very pleased with their work and would hire Speedy Clean again. I would rate them an A+.
Description of Work: House cleaning - Clean Kitchen cabinets inside and out, clean stove and refrigerator, mop, clean 2 bathrooms, clean wood blinds on 4 windows, vacumn all upstairs carpets, dust and clean wood floors downstairs, vacumn area rugs downstairs, eliminate cobwebs from bedroom cathredral windows. Clean, vacumn, dust 1 bedroom and 8 ft mirror closet door.

Description of Work: I purchased a $70 deal for 4 hours of house cleaning via Angie's List. The deal came with an expiration date and (long story), my plans changed last minute and I couldn't use the coupon before that date. When I emailed and later left a voice message for this company about arranging for cleaning beyond the date, I heard nothing back. Yes, it was my fault for not using my cleaning deal in the agreed upon timeframe. I lost $70 for that mistake. On the other hand, not getting back to me when I contacted them to arrange some sort of alternative was not OK. Needless to say, I'm not going for any more "special deals."

It would have been good if Luis would have let me know earlier instead of late afternoon/early evening so I could have gotten some errands done but the next day they did everything very well and professional. See above.
Description of Work: I wanted them to clean my doors inside, baseboard...they added my blinds and cleaned my washroom too. I'm getting my doors and baseboard painted. They were very speedy, nice and did a great job. Thanks.

+ -1 moreI am very happy with this service and it is very convenient and worth the price. The owner/manager kept me at a price of $75.00 even after my "deal" with Angies list. I live in a very small 725 square foot condo so the price is good for my small place. I wouldn't pay any more than that. It is the same two ladies that come each time so I like that I have the same person and can build a relationship of trust with them.
Description of Work: I had two ladies come and clean for 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and discovered she had cleaned my oven as well. It was beautiful! I have had them come back several times since then and they still provide excellent work. I even found my fridge cleaned one of their visits. All done without my asking.

+ -1 moreThe first time I hired this company (through a big deal offer), the work was incredible - everything sparkled, looked great and I thought I'd found a cleaning company that was a keeper. Unfortunately, the second time around was at full price and was totally the opposite - even though the cleaning team was the same, the cleaning was haphazard, not done to the same extent as the first time and in a much slower manner. Had the work been like this the first time around, I never would have had them return.

+ -1 moreI bought this as a present for my elderly father. The cleaners showed up at the appointed time but had diffulculty getting started because they did not speak ANY English to him. He pointed and instructed the best he could and reported that they did a good job. Unfortunately whey they were going to leave they gestured / indicated that they wanted payment and did not understand the coupon payment receipt he gave them from Angies List. At that point they called someone and then they indicated back to him that they would honor the coupon payment. He tipped them for their good cleaning.
