+ -1 moreThey were very cooperative as far scheduling goes. When they were completed I wasn't real happy with the way they did my wood floors. I preferred to have someone do it on their hands and knees and they said they don't have anybody that does it that way. They did stay the fulltime and they were pleasant. I don't think I personally will use them again. However that's my personal opinion they may be good for most.

+ -1 moreThey are very good. They are very accommodating with regard to the schedule. My schedule's kind of crazy, so they were really good about trying to work with me, and coming in to work out for my schedule. Their prices are reasonable. The only problem I felt was that the cleaning could have been slightly more thorough; but it's very cheap, so I can't really complain as they really had some special going. Overall, they did a good job. The price is excellent.

+ -1 moreMy husband bought a deal on Angie's List for a house cleaning as a gift to me. I was able to call and arrange for a team to come out to our house within a few days. The morning that the cleaners were to arrive I received a call from the owner saying that the team would be late. Since they would be late, he threw in an additional 30 minutes of cleaning for free. The ladies arrived according to the second time that was given to me. They were extremely friendly. They worked hard for the 2.5 hour contracted time and my house looked beautiful afterwards. I was told on the phone that it usually took 3 hours to clean a house and I would have to pay extra over the 2 hours that we purchased through the deal. These ladies were very efficient and did an excellent job! They cleaned the bathrooms, windows and window sills, vacuumed, mopped, dusted, made the beds, etc.

+ -1 moreAfter they cleaned the kitchens and bathrooms, I asked the two person crew to clean the floors. I specifically pointed a few areas and left it up to them to clean the rest. My initial walk-through was fine, but after a more detailed look, I noticed a few items were overlooked. I recently purchased the home and wanted a thorough cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. Around the stove were oil/grease stains that I wanted removed. They removed most of the grease, but left some in a spot adjacent to the stove. They also didn't vacuum a walk-in with obvious items on the carpet...an alarm installation was done the day before and a mess remained in the closet. Overall, they were great people, punctual and interested in meeting my needs. I probably should have done a better job of the post-work inspection. The price was great and I will probably use them again in the near future.
Description of Work: My bathrooms and kitchens were cleaned. I also asked them to vacuum, sweep and mop the floors.

+ -1 moreThe agency called me and emailed me before the cleaning appointment to confirm I would be available on the date and time of the cleaning appointment. They were flexible in the appointment scheduling, so I could choose a time which was not conflicting with my schedule. The two people sent by the agency arrived promptly just before the appointment time. They did their work professionally. All areas of the bathroom were cleaned thoroughly. They vacuumed and cleaned the floors, the carpet and the mirrors in the closet thoroughly as well. They brought all the cleaning materials (including vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies) and completed the work in time.
Description of Work: I required cleaning of one bedroom and one bathroom, plus mirrors. This included cleaning the bathtub, commode, washbasin and rest of the bathroom. Bedroom cleaning required cleaning floors and mirrors.

+ -1 moreI was in need of service right away as my apartment complex was doing inspections of all the units and I only had 24hr notice and needed to get someone to come in and clean right away. I contacted 10 people on Angie's list as I wanted to make sure I had background info on who was coming to my home.. Luis called me back asap and said he could get a team in to clean for me that next day. He went over the details with me on the phone and even sent a reminder email and a follow-up after the service. I set up bi-weekly service now and the owner of the business told me that I could customized what I wanted done and we worked out a price for services... Very impressed by both the cleaning team I got and the service provider.
Description of Work: Two cleaning lady's showed up at my apartment a few min earlier then I thought they would get there as I was a few minutes away from the house when they got there. They waited and asked me if I wanted anything specifically , I told them everything but the bedroom - because the bedroom is where I was working on stuff and wasn't really in need of anything and the both of them worked from one end of the place and finished in two hours (which was four hours of work since I had both) My place was in a bit of a mess , I don't have a dishwasher and there were dishes out and the one lady cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom and even cleaned out the fridge which I didn't expect with a normal service. I work from home and they organized all my papers that were scattered everywhere into small categorized area of the desk and then asked me if I was sure that I didn't want thinge bedroom done before they left and I said yes, that they had done a great a job and when they come back they could do the bedroom then. Everything was duster and I smoke and have a cat so the place smelled and looked like it did when I moved in! because of the pet hair my vacume usually gets clogged up on the roller after a few times in one room( i had just cleaned it and cut it free before they got there so they could use it and I didn't mention it to them but after she was done vacume she was cuttin the hair off the roller even though she was done vacuming and I didn't even have to ask....

Description of Work: We get semimonthly cleanings for our 5 bedroom single family home, and are extremely happy with the results thus-far. Speedy Clean Services has only been cleaning our home for a little over a month now, but I can say with utmost confidence that they have won our business. Marlene's team is absolutely fantastic; they are punctual, professional and best of all, thorough! Her team of 3 come in and get the job done; the entire house is spotless when they've finished.

+ -1 moreI had a coupon for 4 hours of cleaning (2 hrs. per person). Marlene & Lorena arrived right on time, brought their own supplies, were quiet & thorough. I've been ill so the kitchen & bathrooms needed extra attention; they did a great job, even cleaning the grills on the fridge & microwave, replaced the foil in the toaster over, took out all the trash & replaced the bags. They finished a little early & did some extra dusting to complete the 2 hours. I'll be using them again, even without the coupon!

+ 0 moreThey are reliable and they come when they should. I don?t want to have somebody every other week. So, I call them a week or two ahead of time. They come when I need them. They do general house cleaning; they vacuum, dust, clean my hardwood floors, bathroom and kitchen. They are not cheap, but they are in line with others here. They're accomodating and always send the same three girls to my house.

+ -1 moreThey are wonderful. I didn't even realize how well they cleaned. I will definitely use them again. They just cleaned everything very thoroughly and pretty quickly. For instance, there was a door that wasn't really included and they cleaned it, they cleaned hand railings and would have done even more if they had time. These ladies were really nice and friendly. I didn't tip them much and I'd like to have them back to tip them again.

Description of Work: Postponed time & then arrived about 30 min late (2 dead batteries??) -- personnel were not given directions properly or have description of the house, 15 min in they called the boss & had him call me to ask if they had to do everything as they thought it was too much (kitchen, hallway, entry, 1 bedroom, 1 office, living room, 1 very small bath, & 1 large bath + light dust only of room used as a studio) & did no cleaning that could not be reached from the ground by the short ladies.

+ 0 moreI like them because I don?t want to have somebody every other week since there are only two of us. It?s also not cost effective for me to have somebody every other week. They have been pretty good about coming when I need them. Sometimes I have them come out twice a month and sometimes I will have them come out once a month. It?s usually the same women and I like that. They work in teams. I have Marlene?s team and I like her a lot. I think that the price is probably typical.
Description of Work: I use the services of Speedy Clean Services about every month or so for general housecleaning. My last interaction with them was in the beginning of December. They wipe the refrigerator a little bit, but they don’t take everything out of it. They thoroughly clean the bathrooms, hardwood floors and also vacuum.

I contacted the company with my displeasure, they changed some of the price quoted but still worked for less hours than agreed upon.

+ -1 moreA team of three comes to do the work and they are very good. I would think anyone they would send out would be good but we usually get Marlene's team. They bring their own supplies and clean the bathrooms, vacuum, pick up the throw rugs and do the wooden floors. They will also wipe out the refrigerator if I asked them to and the exterior of my stainless steel appliance. They don't do windows, but i think if I asked them they would do the inside. They are usually here for about 2 1/2 hours and they are working the whole time. They seem to be very conscientious and I am pleased with them. They confirm their appointment with an email and they always call if they are running late, but they are generally on time. They do ask if I want them to come on a regular basis so that I can have them out exactly when I want, but I usually have them out based on when I will have guests.
Description of Work: Speedy Clean Services comes on a semi-regular basis, maybe once or twice a month to clean my 2200 square foot house.
